I really liked your car rental company in Montenegro! I have been looking for rental sites for a long time and only yours had the opportunity to make an advance payment from a Russian card and book a car. This is very convenient and relevant in our difficult time of sanctions. I was quickly contacted and everything was explained. In Montenegro itself, the car was delivered to me exactly at the appointed time without delay. The Audi A3 car was in perfect condition and I really liked it! Your employee Mirko brought it to me, a very kind and helpful person. He explained and showed me everything, was very friendly and quickly answered my questions on WhatsApp when I was already using the car. The car was also picked up on time. Following reply below and receipt of full refund I have upgraded from 1 to 3 stars. Note the MD response is an accurate reflection of facts but may have been misinformed. I was in regular email contact with staff until cancelling the rental they then did not respond to emails nor didn’t receive any. They still seem a good source of cars but be aware you may need to pursue refunds.

Booked a car on their website. The information was incorrect and the rental cost would have been hundreds of US dollars more than stated. They admitted it was a mistake. I cancelled the rental as they refused to do so and they have not refunded any money but took more money for rebooking. They also wish to charge 10% for the mistake on their website. This is all with Takecars.

Easy car rentals. The overall process is super fast, you just insert the required location and date. Each region has its own number of cars and usually it's enough to find something that you need.
I frequently use this service while travelling. To my mind, it's quite convenient since you don't need to put a lot of effort.

Maybe this service needs to dilate the number of regions or to offer more cars, or maybe even come up with some more interesting idea, but I don't care much. I am ok with that.

very bad company. I had to pick up the car at an office 5 kilometers from the airport.
We had full insurance, but when we gave the car back they demanded 1000 euros from us for scratches. Two Turkish cars drove up, started shouting and threatening, and tried to take the phone away. We had a check-out, we paid 500 dollars to leave us. this is the saddest experience. We will never go back again. I don't recommend this

It's an unforgettable experience, and I recommend skilled drivers to rent a car, even if you only have time for one day. This is the best way to get to know the Emirates.

They are scammers, they don't return the deposits.
Cars are damaged and dirty, no boosters which are prepaid
they try to blame customers for old dents of the car

It was easy to catch car in Dubai. Because of non-working for our card I searched car with 0 deposit, and find here, just with small prices up (near by 20-30%).
The car was brought an hour earlier, without complaints, all the registration is in electronic form, and the existing damage has already been noted there. It was possible to pay in cash, but it was also possible to pay with Gazprombank's Union Pay card. Driver did not arrive on time to pick up, so I leave the keys at the hotel reception. Everyone was satisfied

Toyota Aygo is a good car for driving on the plains, but if it’s on hills, it’s already hard to carry three people. We couldn't accelerate more than 110 km/hour, even downhill. Just right for the city and 1-2 people. The trunk fits 3 suitcases, which go as hand luggage. In general, there were no technical problems.

Everything smooth from beginning, no hidden fees no drama. Everything as agreed. Best car rental platform i used so far.

I booked a car for a week-long road trip. The booked car was unexpectedly broken at the day of arrival so Dima gave us newer and better car at no extra charge as replacement. Good communication and flexibility. The rented car was clean and in good condition. We made ca. 1500km with no single issue. Handover back was also quick and honest, no attempts to scam for some damage and so on.

Good afternoon, everything went well, the car met us at the airport, a polite driver handed it over to us. Of course, I encountered a couple of minor shortcomings, but still the first one on the website says that if the deposit is in cash, it will be returned when returning the car. We were refused this; they told us to wait a week and they would send it via Western I paid the union transfer commission, we refused this option, then they asked to block the deposit on the visa card and return it in a week. To be honest, I chose this company only because I could leave a deposit in cash.The second minus is the front brake discs (if you understand a little about technology) they were a little faulty, of course it’s not very scary at low speeds you can’t feel it, but on the highway it’s a little annoying

very nice guys! I rented a Nissan Kicks car in January, the car was new, clean, delivery service was good, everything was on time. brought to the airport and picked up from the hotel with transfer to the airport on the way back. The deposit for the car was returned after 23 days to the debit card. I recommend!

Everything was perfect. Car has been almost new, good prepare to drive. One small minus, that there was not enough windshield washer fluid. Apart from that, everything was very good. It was pleasure to hire that car. Everything in time.
