I ordered 2 items in November as…

I ordered 2 items in November as Christmas presents, and still no joy. I paid extra for express delivery, and still nothing. They will not reply to my emails, and have blocked me on Facebook now. Customer service is atrocious, and I will NEVER purchase from this unprofessional set up again. Had to open dispute on PayPal, as no recognition from them regarding the issue !!!

Ordered 2 chains as Christmas presents…

Ordered 2 chains as Christmas presents on the 27th November 2022 and still no sign of them. No update on tracking since 1st December 2022. Communication from Will at Talia Rae has gone silent. It was said that they will use FedEx with an express delivery but no surprise that there has been nothing since.

Ordered chains for my daughters on…

Ordered chains for my daughters on November 30th, 3 weeks later still no sign of them been delivered. Tracked by Royal mail, who say they never received package for delivery. Contacted seller by email, first of all they blamed Royal mail, then said they were going to send by DPD,still didn't receive my order. Last I heard they were going to send by frdex. I asked for a refund, but they stated ignoring my emails. This company are a fraud its a total scam.

Faulty item not replaced

Gifted a necklace from my Mum, the chain broke on first attempt at wearing (about a month after purchase). Despite being a faulty item Talia Rae will not replace it. It seems they have no policy for replacing faulty items (I am getting no response from them) only the standard return within 14 days of purchase for any reason regulation required for online purchases. Worth bearing in mind if you are thinking of buying anything as a gift particularly with Christmas coming up, it will be too late to return it if there are any issues.
