Cheap quality
I ordered this necklace as a Father’s Day gift, and unfortunately I’m very disappointed with the quality. First, the delivery was a few days late. Thankfully I had ordered it in advance, so it arrived before the occasion.
When we first opened the box, the necklace looked great and seemed to be good quality. However, after only a few days, my husband and I noticed that the “925 Sterling Silver” pendant started chipping which make us believe this is not real sterling silver but most likely silver-plated base metal . After about a month, the pendant had turned black, which should not happen with genuine sterling silver jewelry after such a short time.
I would not recommend this product based on our experience.

Hoping my issue is a fluke
I really like your brand - partially because of the product but partially because of the customer service. However, I just received my third bracelet and it seems to get much looser much more quickly. I’ve had it only about a month, and with only putting it on and taking it off, it is significantly more loose around my wrist than needed. Just a little disappointed now about the quality compared to the first I received.

I loved the idea of this piece
I loved the idea of this piece. I purchased it more or less as a symbol of how important the event was to me. Fast forward, my wife wears it every day and every day she gets a compliment on it. This is not a joke. It’s outstanding. My recommendation is to get the larger stone, because I did and it’s not that large. I feel the smaller one would disappear. It’s a beautiful piece.

I ordered from talisa jewellery 2 weeks ago. I would give them a 4.5 if I could as there were a few faults. Firstly delivery was a little late, (3 days) not a bit deal of course but just something to note. Another thing is the 2 bags that came with it, had a very weird smell but this has since gone away. As for the necklace I ordered, my girlfriend loved it and says she never wants to take it off!! I would recommend ordering from here

The product looked nothing like the advertised pendant. The one i received was solid with 2 small holes in it. It looked nothing like a map as in the advertised photos. A total waste of money and ruined my anniversary. Thanks

Exceptional service
The customer service from start to finish was exceptional. I was kept update all along and any of my messages were answered promptly. The item is for my 70th birthday and it so unusual with being able to add the birth stone of my husband , my 2 children and 4 grandchildren lucky enough of of them share my birthday month.
