This was my first purchase from Talisa and not knowing what to expect, it exceeded my expectations. The quality of the bracelet , the speed of the shipment and their communication with me was first class . They answered all my initial questions and I would most certainly buy from them again. The bracelet itself was beautiful and the names I requested were beautiful as well.

This is the second necklace I’ve purchased from Talia’s Jewelry, which is why this experience was especially disappointing.
I was so excited to add our newest baby’s name to my husband’s necklace. We loved the original necklace and expected the same quality we received the first time. Unfortunately, the new piece fell far short of that standard.
As you can see in the photos, the original pendant (top) has deep, clear engraving that is easy to read and has a smooth, polished finish. The new pendant (bottom) arrived with engraving that is so shallow and faint that you can barely read the name. In addition, the circle itself looks scratched, dinged, and poorly finished right out of the box.
The difference in quality between the two pieces is striking, especially considering they were ordered from the same company. This necklace was meant to commemorate a very special addition to our family, and instead I was left disappointed by the craftsmanship.
I reached out because I hoped the quality of my first purchase would be repeated, but this new necklace looks rushed and unfinished. I hope Talia’s Jewelry will address their quality control because the product I received does not reflect the quality that originally made me a returning customer.
Would I recommend? Based on this experience, unfortunately no.

My adorable husband went out of his way to create me a tear drop necklace with our first kiss location map.
Very pricey piece of jewellery that ended up no less than 2 months going from 18k gold veil to a piece of worn grey scrap metal and the chain aswell.
I took it off before showering too.
I feel terrible for my husband hed been trying to do something unforgettable for me he deserves better iv had to paint it with my gold nail polish I still wear it for him.
