Wanted to close my account, can't access as have a new phone old one was destroyed unfortunately. Emailed customer services a number of times and no response. Start getting emails saying I'm getting charged for having the account - and I need to pay it to use the account, can't do anything about it as no access. Would have considered properly using this service now I'm reminded I had it however seems pretty much impossible to contact these guys.

I’m an initial investor in an Indian Gold Exploration Company founded by then David Catsoulis from Brisbane Australia.
I was promised year 2000 a great investment opportunity by David Catsoulis but unfortunately all I received in the constant change of company ownership and new directors very disappointed and shocked that D . Catsoulis a good friend from Churchie Private High School in east Brisbane assured me of transparency , integrity and financial success if I invested in his business. Well , over 25 years later tried to sell my 120,000 shares after constantly ringing and asking for assistance ( including Mr D . Catsoulis but all efforts were pointless NO RESPONSE!!
Now I see Tally Central Ltd is the company’s entity that I’m a shareholder of but unfortunately all I get are general meeting vote participation paperwork 😡
Dated 19/11/2024 .
Wow so helpful!!
The CEO & Founder Mr Cameron Parry has signed this statement to vote, all I ask Mr C . Parry is to email me an offer to buy my shares in Tallymoney please to finally see closure in my 25 year investment.
My name is Andrew Comino
My shares are in the name of
‘ Let’s Venture Ltd ‘
Please Mr C. Parry I finally need a long awaited QUARTER of A CENTURY
Resolution and liquidation of my investment in your company to move on with my life especially now that I’m 65 with little time left to enjoy my twilight years .
With respect and gratitude, I ask please for assistance.
God bless us all 🙏😊
Regards
Andrew Comino

Tally is good if you want to invest in gold and hold it as the market goes up in time but transfers in and out of tally to your current account takes a very long time, I imagine if it was a state of emergency then never rely on tally for fast funds to your current account, you will be waiting a very long time even for the smallest amount let alone big amounts, it’s very unfortunate because I do like tally but this feature needs to be updated for the public to be able to gain access to their own funds as fast as possible, usually immediately after being sent but instead wait half a day, this is very bad and unprofessional, they will probably reply to this review stating they use the most top notch security for your funds, yes I understand that and appreciate that but why do I have to wait hours to receive my own money, I’ve learnt to try send money in their opening times and not when customer service is closed as you have to wait longer, not very happy with tally at all when I send money I would like it to be immediately there or a few mins later not half a day, I recently went trough this again and messaged the support team, I was then asked a load of questions about what is my intention with tally and why I have been withdrawing money from tally been as they are a savings account, I had to reply with tally offers this feature so why am I feeling hassled about this, they was holding my funds against me till I answered, I was getting very angry and mentioned to them I’ll report this for compensation due to my mental state being affected been as I was getting very angry, as soon as I mentioned this my funds was straight in my account, this hinted to me that they was holding my funds against me till I answered questions that I didn’t feel to comfortable with or necessary to ask, not good at all tally this is very unprofessional, send me my money!

This has been good so far and I enjoy the opportunity to hold something other than fiat currency.
But since they introduced a £3 min monthly fee to the 0.5% charge then I don't think it makes sense for the small investor.
A deposit of £1000 would have to grow by 3.6% just to cover the monthly fee let alone the upfront charges on the deposits.

My experience of Tally Money has been pretty good so far and I've been with them a few months. I did have an issue when my phone died and I had to download the app again to a new handset. I couldn't pass security because it was sending a code to the app on my old handset. It wasn't a quick fix. I rang the number at the back of my Tally Card and somebody called me back pretty quickly and was very helpful. Within a fortnight they had contacted me again saying I could now use the app on my new phone. It wasn't really too much hassle as I could access my money through the card and pay money into the account. Hopefully as the company evolves they will be able to resolve this issue a bit quicker, but access to the app can continue despite this if you have it downloaded to a couple of devices, which I recommend. Overall I'm very happy to keep some of my money away from mainstream banks and accumulating a decent amount of interest as the price of gold increases. Helpful that I can use my card abroad without lots of transaction charges!

Recommended by a friend and so far, the app experience has been very good. Looking forward to see if my investment grows!!

A great idea to keep your money in gold ad have the convenience of a debit card to spend it anywhere. Also good and seemless to use abroad.

Easy to use and working very well for us.
Ease of telephone contact could improve.
Would, and have recommended to others.

A great way to invest in gold without any hassle. Plus you can use a debit card at home or abroad to withdraw cash without paying the typical cash advance costs

I don’t make financial recommendations normally but in this case I feel comfortable. I have used Tally now for over a year and they have been wonderful to deal with and the returns are great. Like a high street bank only better. Small enough to care and big enough to cope.

Secure access though not overwhelmingly complex or time consuming; easy to track savings and trends and also to transfer funds if needed elsewhere - I have no hesitation in recommending Tally and wish I'd come on board earlier.

Love the simple sign-in process and quick, clear presentation of my account activity.
And, while gold is gaining value, so is my balance - thanks Tally Money!

This company is NOT currently providing an acceptable banking service. Effectively one is investing in a Physical Gold ETF, and can ultimately get one's investment liquidated into fiat money, but an actual ETF is a better and more secure way of doing this. The banking service is via the physical "Tally Card" (effectively a MasterCard debit card") and the phone app. However the Tally Card is frequently unusable. In theory it's a great way to get local currency overseas. On holiday in Kenya in August it did NOT work - ever. Referring issue to Tally they said it had been escalated with the card provider, but no feedback 6 months later. Couldn't pay hotel bills either though regular MC credit/debit cards all worked. Internet shopping SOMETIMES works but card is frequently declined by multiple internet outlets, typically with "BS" reasons eg "limit exceeded" though Support says it lacked 3DS features. Customer don't need technical BS from what passes for customer support. They need a card that works just like any other MasterCard ad the Tally card currently does NOT work. Unless and until it does work this is NOT a functional banking service and new customers should give it a wide berth.

TallyMoney offers savings determined in value by the spot price of allocated gold. In times of uncertainty, as inevitably arise with fiat currencies such as the pound sterling, this gives reassurance. It is not a dodgy 'investment' in 'paper gold' based upon rehypothecated physical gold.
The connection to Mastercard makes funds instantly accessible from cashpoints and for purchases from many retailers. Online bank transfers to and from an account are straightforward.
There is a monthly charge for stewardship of gold etc, but no charges for Mastercard use at home or abroad.
I have used this service since its inception.
I have no financial stake in the company. However, if it has a share flotation, I shall buy one.

Excellent product. Easy to follow, maintain and very informative. Couldn't be simpler and straightforward.

TallyMoney has been a joy to discover. Opening an account has been so easy to navigate and the App works like a dream. The “bank card” arrived earlier than expected, which was an added bonus. They are recognised and approved by the Financial Conduct Authority. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

Getting money in and out of the account via the bank is easy.
The debit card is erratic, sometimes it works as intended, sometimes it works only with PIN entry, and sometimes it is not accepted at all. This seems to be payee dependent only to a degree; sometimes it works as intended with a certain payee and sometimes a PIN is required for that same payee.

On the whole the Tally app is easy to use. It could be a little more user friendly. I am also disappointed that I cannot use my account via my PC.

I've been with Tally for a while now (over a year I think) aand I'm really pleased to have my savings installed with them!
