Very happy with good service and quality purchase.

I bought AEG gas hob with 5 burners and really very happy with my purchase. I would recomend for everyone AEG products. They are expensive but they are in very good quality. I had used AEG oven, coffe maker and microwave for a 6 years and they still working as new.

Very helpful and items delivered promptly.

I had to ring up the enquire what I actually needed and the customer service was excellent. They said the items would take around 10 days but were delivered about 5 days later, so an excellent service all round.

Rubbish

I ordered a spare part for my shower and paid for 'express delivery', i.e. 1-3 days. It is now 8 days later and no delivery! Nothing. When I called, I was informed that the part was out of stock and won't be dispatched for at least another week.. Unacceptable! I should have been informed at the point of ordering that the part was unavailable and that there would be a delay. This would have given me the option to order elsewhere. I should not have to spend time chasing my order. As it is, I am still waiting. If, when the item finally arrives, I find I've been charged for express delivery, I'll be demandng a refund.

Poor service but they sorted it out in the end

Tap outlet said that they had the product in stock when I ordered it on-line. They also allowed me to pay a premium to have it delivered in 1-3 days. No email notification was given on receipt of order and no notification that the product was out of stock. After a week of not receiving the product, I contacted tap outlet on the telephone number given and spoke to a helpful gentleman. My mail cost was refunded, confirmation of the order was sent and an honest account of why the product had not arrived was provided along with an explanation of when it would. A few days later it arrived as described. Ultimately I am happy with the product at the price but the order system needs improving.

Left in the Porch

the transaction was processed effeciently but was dissapointed that an expensive order was left on the door step. Not Tap outlets fault but would have preferred a card and been able to re-arrange.

Easy to use website, fast delivery. My experience was a good one. Would use again.

Order process was easy. The product was delivered fast and in good condition. My only issue was that the correspondence sent to my e-mail was a little confusing. It appeared to show that one of the two items ordered had been despatched. However when I collected the parcel from a neighbour both products were there. Had I been home at the time it would have been clear straight away. But it took 2 days for the neighbours to answer so I was left thinking half of the order had not been despatched! Shouldn't have worried though as both parts were there.

order my tap with them on the friday, they emailed me when they were going to be despatched and they arrived on the following thursday i would use them again with out any doubt

I cannot find fault with the service provided.

I have an insinkerator hot tap installed in my kitchen. The tank developed a leak and needed to be replaced. I went on the internet to order a replacement and by mistake ordered a set of taps rather than the tank. I called tapoutlet and they told me what I should have ordered. The return was trouble free. The tank is now installed and we have instant hot water again.
They even refunded the return postage. I would recommend this company to one and all.
