Three Orders, All Wrong
Out of three different orders, none of them were right. One item was sent that wasn't the advertised item, one item came with an extra button sewn between buttons and in white thread that stood out, and the other was the wrong size. Plus, it took many weeks to get the items. COVID is not an excuse anymore.

Ordered a sweater for my son in Oct …. Said it was delivered …. Never got it ! Told me to put in a grievance with Canada Post … done …. Ordered same sweater 2nd time again delivered but never received …. Asked for my money back and they tel me to put in another grievance with Canada post …. I WANT MY money back … I shouldn’t have to do the running around …. Especially after happening twice …. Thieves should be ashamed of yourselves for stealing my money and doing NOTHING about it !! Any other company would have reimbursed me but now not tell ME to investigate !!!! DO NOT ORDER from this company !!
