Tarps Now Overhead Track System
I found Tarps Now while searching online for a ceiling mount track system that was heavy duty and able to support a vinyl curtain I bought to enclose my back patio. I was able to order everything I needed online, but was having trouble processing the order. I was really happy to find a toll free number on the website and I called for assistance. Tasha answered and was very friendly and helpful. She looked up my order in their system and diagnosed the problem in less than a minute. I completed the order and am now waiting for my track system to arrive. Thank you, Tasha!

Excellent Customer Service
As a Town, this is our first experience with Tarps Now... and we will be back! The delivery of our tarps was as quick as Amaz.... and when I had to contact them about us being Tax Exempt, the Customer Service was exceptional! Tasha was extremely helpful and informative with getting the paperwork to them, addressing our account, and getting a refund for us!

Quick resolution on order issue
We ordered a custom tarp to be used to project movies in our community. Unfortunately the tarp had few defects once we received it. I worked with Danielle and she was able to provide a quick resolution on the issue once images were reviewed and a new tarp was shipped. She was very easy to work with and appreciate all her help.
