The movers did an amazing job

The movers did an amazing job. The administrative side of my experience was less good. The temporary hold disappeared a day before my move which freaked me out but I was assured my move would still go as planned, which it did. I then didn't get charged for several days after my move which made me anxious again. I was finally charged but it's showing up weird on my bank's side. Some unnecessary anxiety and calls to customer service but the move itself went super smooth and my movers were great. Customer service was also nice just wish I didn't have to call them twice for a simple booking.

Got the job done

Liked that they brought all the items and ultimately got it set up. People were kind. EASY to get the Certificate of Insurance we needed. Took the packaging away.

Struggled with them being late, one person putting things together slowly, and the other waiting. Nearly did not open two of the three packages, and almost forgot to 'finish' the bed with the cover that goes over the base.

There was a breakdown in communication…

There was a breakdown in communication vocation between Dolly & the movers. I ended up being charged an additional $395 to the original quote. I had no option but to agree to this scenario.

Great Service

The gentleman that helped me move was incredible. He was on time, extremely efficient, professional, and courteous. He did a wonderful job moving my belongings into a storage unit and made the entire experience pleasant and seamless.

The person who did the delivery was …

The person who did the delivery was kind, efficient and in time, he kept me informed and sent a messages that he was going to arrive in 15 minutes, but he didn’t ring the bell to announce he was here, he went right away and I had to go out and stop his car to ask him to move the mattress inside a room in my house because that was what I paid for . It was a very heavy mattress and I have stairs.
I didn’t like that if it wasn’t for me that got out and stopped him, he would’ve gone and let the mattress outside my home with no possibility for me to move it alone and the probability of rain
He did it kindly but only after I told him
