Purchased an item last June 2022 after a month I sent an enquiry and was told it can take up to 20 days.Was told to expect a tracking number. Nothing was ever sent.
It is now July 2023. I have sent numerous emails with no response.
This site is a scam. Do not buy they will take your money and send you nothing!!!

Spent 200 pounds on this website and never received the items. Absolute waste

They took 100+ dollars and never provided me with my order!! They mentioned they had. They told me a label was created then sent me this:

They’re frauds. The site is currently down. they should be forced to provide refunds.

I placed an order in December 2022, followed up in January, received no reply then followed up in February demanding a response before I would post about them on social media - they deleted all my comments and now the website is down. Never order from them. Still waiting on a refund that would probably never happen. They claimed they had shipping issues in February and ghosted me after, it's April now.

I ordered a dress in December 2022. 2 weeks later I decided to write an email because the status of my order didn’t change. They said that they had some issues and they will figure everything out. Then the status changed but since then they stopped replying. And of course I haven’t received anything yet. They keep deleting comments on Instagram.

This company is a SCAM do not buy from them! They stole my money sent a fake tracking and now their website is non existent!!!

Ordered in November, still have not received my order.

Order never shipped, wrote to customer service no reply. Seems like the other reviews had the exact same issue as me.
It’s just really sad. Also the fact that Instagram ads have not yet found an algorithm to deter fake sites from going on your home page

I spent more than $300 and I never received a thing. This brand is a total scam! Please close them down

I’m a stylist and kept getting ads for their really unique pieces. Before recommending them to clients I knew I had to try for myself and thank god I did. What a f-ing SCAM of a company. You get a few initial emails, a tracking number, but it never starts tracking. You never get your item. Customer support is nonexistent. THEY ARE A SCAM.

Trusting this company is the biggest mistake you could do! SCAM!
I made a big purchase on January 20th and never received anything. After 5 emails and more than a month from my purchase, they changed my order status to fulfilled, created a fake shipping label, but without sending anything!
They deserve to be legally persecuted!
Avoid this company at all costs!

I ordered items on Feb. 15 & 16 2023, and I have yet to receive a confirmation on shipping, in addition, I have emailed them several times and they DO NOT RESPOND! BUYER BEWARE - this company is a scam

They do not deserve even 1 star. I purchased at the begging of the year in Jan 2023 and my parcel has not arrived. No ones replies to my messages. This is a total scam fashion page. For your own good do not by even though the clothes look cool.

Awful company. After over a month of not receiving my items and trying countless times to contact them I finally called my credit card and reported it as fraud. Within 2 days of calling my card I got a notification that my order “shipped.” Only it didn’t ship, instead this shady ass company created a shipping label just to fight the fraud charge. Said label was created over a month ago and package was never dropped off….. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ATE SCAMMERS!! I was so lucky my credit card company was able to refund my money.

Just another voice telling you that this is a scam. After over 2 months, my order still did not arrive. In January was told it is stuck in Germany. Since then no more response. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!

A made a order the 18 of January, still havent gotten it, and the mail just say “ shipment information received “ and we now have the 3 of march! This is the worst Company and service ever! Never buy from Them

Oh my god I can not believe I didn’t google first. 🤦🏻‍♀️😖 I ordered early December and still waiting. I’ve emailed and messaged and everything in between. I don’t know how these people live with themselves.
