I am really upset that I asked this site to send an e-mail and I did not find a definitive answer. There should be a punishment for them and it should stop them completely from work

Ordered a blazer 2 months ago and never received. I’ve emailed Tatiama 6 times trying to get the blazer or my money back. The response was always generic…..we are working on it. The last couple of emails were ignored. The stole my money and now my lawyer is involved. It’s a scam. Do NOT order from this company!

This has been a total scam. I returned a piece of clothing which they endured I could get a refund for. I paid for tracking on my postage and despite them receiving the clothes they did not give me my money back.

Never received clothes or dispatch email saying clothes had been sent. Company will not reply to emails and cannot be contacted in any way. SCAM.

This website is a scam , they never delivered my order and don’t reply to emails and didn’t refund the amount

Scam!!! They sell cheap chinese clothes, don’t answer e-mails, I wanted to cancel my order 2 days after I placed it, but no response… the blazer I ordered can be found on AliExpress for 50$, which they charge 129$…I wish I have seen all these reviews before I purchased anything from them. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM.

Awful - bought a top and it unraveled upon first wear

The evaluation itself is a waste! What a bunch of crooks! I didn't get a refund or anything It's been over a month I'm gonna report it to the Consumer Complaint Center

Ordered and paid using my cc 2 weeks ago and no news and no response on what happened to the order. Very very stupid of me to spend $200 on this website!!
VERY VERY BAD!! SCAM!!

Low quality clothing and virtually no way to contact them for returns. The website states "Easy Returns" but there is no return slip in the package, no way to print a mailing slip, and no way to contact them. You also CAN NOT GET ANY REFUNDS. You can only exchange for store credit - and it has to be within 14 days. And during those 14 days you will trying to get a hold of them to get at least a mailing address. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I boutgh a dress from Tatiana, that was defect upon arrival. Despite the fact that THEY send me a defect dress, I had to pay for the return to get a refund, and now more than three months later, I still haven't received my refund even though I have payed to send the dress return!!! They don't answer e-mails! Never buy from Tatiana.com and be careful!!! They are stealing your money.

Scamming Website - Return Postage costs more than the item.
My daughter ordered a green jacket for her graduation. She received a black one that looked like a rag (same style). It was so screwed up and creased. It cost her £53! They said we could send it back, but at our cost. The address they sent me to return to is in California, US, which would cost as much as the item and have no proof of receipt so probably wouldn't get the refund anyway.

They then stopped answering my emails about the return postage refund. Don't use them, the quality is cheap and nasty from China and the Customer Service is non-existent!!

The customer support is not good, the same for the clothes.
No answer, wrong sizes, impossible to get your payment back.

Their photos are deceiving, the quality is poor, and most of the items can be found on Aliexpress for a fraction of the cost.

Additionally, their customer service is atrocious. They ignored my request to cancel my items, and when I paid to ship the items back for a return, they cited they could not do so without a tracking number. Aside from the inflexible return policy, why are they completely unable to confirm or deny if they received my package after literal months of shipping it?

If you love receiving low-quality, overpriced items and dealing with incompetent customer service, Tatiama is certainly the place for you.

It certainly makes me think that their goal is to not have happy, repeat customers but to generate revenue on one-time orders before people realize how bad the clothes are. With this in mind, it makes sense why they refuse to cancel orders, process refunds, and generally provide terrible, over-priced clothes and poor service.

Poor quality, wrong sizes, completely dissapointed!
The shipment came from HK which is not at all what I've expected.

Agree with everything everyone is saying they, they don’t give your money back, especially after you spend the money to send it to them.

Would give ZERO if I could. This isn’t a clothing shop it’s a bunch of thieves that will steal your money after everybody inevitably returns the absolute trash they are sending out. The quality is a disgrace and I was shocked by what turned up. I had to spend a further $15 charge to return the items for Tatiama to refuse a refund and never get my money back. I WISH I SAW THESE REVIEWS and I would have never shopped here with these bunch of thieves. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I AM URGING YOU!!!!!!! It will be the worst mistake you’ve ever made.

They will not refund you any of your money back and will play stupid back and forth about being confused about my returned poorly made items. I have been emailing them since june every day about items i returned exactly following their return policy. They have now ghosted me and stopped replying. I am disputing the charges with American Express. I am stuck with paying the return postage to a random address in california.

Fraudulent.

I ordered two items. Received one item, and the other item’s tracking showed “cancelled” but was charged for both. Disputed it with American Express and they provided fraudulent delivery info.
