Scam! Don’t understand why nobody asked Instagram to block them. They still have their account. Whyyyy?

They’ve sent me a package from Aliexpress. Really bad quality and I can not send it back because they say you have to send it in USA(which is probably not real address) but the cost of returning is almost equal to cost of product. So sad how much effort they put in making good site and story, and on the end you got Chinese product with really bad quality.

I ordered a green jacket for her graduation. She received a black one that looked like a rag (same style). It was so screwed up and creased. It cost me £53! They said I could send it back, but at my cost. The address they sent me to return to is in California, US, which would cost as much as the item and have no proof of receipt so probably wouldn't get the refund anyway (as has happened on some of their other reviews)!

Then they stopped answering my emails about the return postage refund. Don't use them, the quality is cheap and nasty from China, the Customer Service is non-existent and you will never get a full refund!

I've seen many of the same blazers/ jackets that are being sold on Tatiama being sold on other websites. For example, the "Belize" blazer can also be found on Oluolin.com under the name "fashionable blazer" and for cheaper. Both sites are shady, do not buy from either!!!

They send me a thing from aliexpress called totwinstyle. I like it anyway but you'd better looking for on ali (may be you can find your favourite items for a cheap price)

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM TATIAMA. I have been emailing them everyday for a month about an item that was never shipped to me and every response is not helpful and they have not refunded me. Terrible experience I wish I read all these comments before I bought something from them.

This site is a scam site. Never buy. They don't send the goods and they don't give you your money back.

I wish I read these reviews before falling victim to this company. They CLAIM to be well-crafted and high fashion pieces! FALSE!
After placing an order for $215, it took about a month and a HALF for my order to finally arrive from CHINA! The pieces were absolute trash super CHEAP! And I could have got the same pieces from Aliexpress for way less.
Customer Service is literally non-existent!!!
Finally they responded and approved me to return the items for a full refund. I paid $15 to ship it back to a US address. After them receiving the clothes back, there WAS NO REFUND ISSUED!!! Multiple emails to customer service and I was GHOSTED!! So basically they RIPPED ME OFF and took MY MONEY!!! I’m so pissed and this company needs to be shut down! I now have to block my credit card and claim a dispute. GOODLUCK everyone else and I hope others READ this before falling victim to this trash company.

I didn't have a bad experience with the shop. I purchased two pieces of clothes but it took like a week to ship so I sent them an e-mail, they answered like 2 days after (not bad) telling me to wait a bit more, and that's what I did, and then got the shipping confirmation e-mail.

I've received the products two weeks after, but the package came from China with the Cai Niao shipping company, I thought the tatiama.com shop was from the USA or UK. So I just reversed image search the products and I found them in AliExpress and other chinese online stores like Yesstyle, etc.

So basically, they are reselling very cheap products but double/triple the price. I purchased 2 clothes around 70€ and in AliExpress they were just 30€.

I've never tried oversea shopping, but I bought it because the clothes were totally my style. but I haven't got any answers for my email in a week. I didn't even imagine that it was a scam until they erased my comment on instagram. Also they say their shopping mall is based on LA but they check their email on UK time. Where are they based???? Plus, the clothes they sell all available in aliexpress and several Chinese sites. Of course the quality is terrible and you can buy the clothes they sell in like 1/5 price.
If you pay here, you won't be able to get a refund under any circumstances. It's no use sending an e-mail knowing that they're selling clothes at a much higher price that they wholesaled from China after paying already, so I hope you shop carefully!

This clothing site is a scam! It was over $100 for 2 items of clothing and what I received was cheap and looked nothing like the items on their website. They ignore emails but we’re able to delete comments from their Instagram within seconds and also blocked me for asking for a refund. Do not give them your money!
