Software doesn’t work but refund refused.

I purchased software paying a year’s subscription in advance but it doesn’t work and TAXCALC refuses to reimburse me even though they seem unable to rectify the problem.

Usually great service but not at the moment

I haven't been able to use the Accounts Production module since the recent update and no timescales or updates are forthcoming.
