I‘m using Taxfix for some years now and I‘m still happy to do so. The forms are easy to read and understand. Sometimes it would be helpful to have some questions ahead (e.g., when it comes to medical costs you‘re asked to Full-in all expenses, but in the end they‘re only relevant once they reach a certain amount). And the mobile versions for iPads could be more fit-to-screen.

Avoid like the plague. Especially for non-german speakers (they market themselves “bilingual”).
Rather pay a proper service and avoid headaches. Platform does not work properly, you just cannot contact anybody.
Never again. Don’t fall for it and do not try to save few hundreds of euros. Worst experience in a very long time.

I have used taxfix to submit 2024 and 2023, everything went really perfect and smooth, i was not expecting the app was so great! i got the refunds from the value proposal, the instructions are really clear and gave a lot of good tips on how to increase the return amount. For sure I will use taxfix for 2025.

Coming straight to the point!! I have been using taxfix for the third time and i feel that what ever the amount to be refunded is not received at the end. I got 500euro less than the amount that was shown before. Be aware before submitting the tax don’t loose your hard earned money!!

Second time i am using them and all i can say this people are excellent like the service they provide.I am from Croatia and was i working and living in Germany for one and half year and use this company two times to get money back.Other firms offered me less money then Taxfix so i choose them.They are fast and easy to use.Just fill up the online forms and wait.Last year i was waiting 3 weeks only to receive money back from government,it was august.This year it took 2 months to recive money back i did the form end of January.I will use them in future and strongly recommend them to everyone.

easy to use and accurate.. this is my second year using Taxfix and the estimate was accurate.
the app is easy to follow and the english language is a great advantage for expats.
