not satisfay
hi, According to the information provided by Taxfix earlier, I was supposed to receive a refund of €1,060 for my 2024 tax return. However, I have received €337.30, and an additional €40 was paid to Taxfix. This means my total refund amounts to only around €330, which seems much lower than the initial estimation.
Could you please kindly check this and explain the reason for this difference?
If possible, I would also appreciate receiving the detailed calculation or the final tax assessment that was submitted to the Finanzamt

Lost thousands of euros due to this crappy company. If you're privately health insured, they will mess up your return completely in a way where you basically lose thousands.

This app is very user friendly. Very easy to make the Tax Declaration which gives recommendations how to fill it out as well if you use it for years before, suggest to use same answer as the last year, so that you save some time.

I used Taxfix for my recent tax return…
I used Taxfix for my recent tax return and tbh it was way smoother than I expected. They made the whole process super easy and they helped with every single doubt I had. The only thing I'd improve a bit is the mobile interface...it's not bad but I got stuck a couple of times. But overall I had a pretty great experience.

Useful service for sure
If you don’t get the concept, it’s like tax cashback! Idk how they managed to do it but the experience was friendly as it possible can be! The app and the process of getting your taxes back, is very straightforward. No need to fill hundreds of papers, full guidance from their side. Plus subscription didn’t cost that much. For value they bring I can recommend it 100%

Serious Mistakes, Ongoing Charges, and No Accountability from TaxScouts/TaxFix
I had a disappointing experience with TaxScouts/TaxFix due to several serious mistakes in the handling of my registration as an autónoma. Despite contacting the Operations Manager, I was told there was nothing wrong on their side.
To begin with, my initial gestor registered me incorrectly, which made me ineligible for the reduced Social Security fee for new freelancers. I had to pay the full 164 € instead of the discounted rate. While I eventually got reimbursed after contacting support, this situation should never have happened.
After switching to another company, they uncovered further errors and corrected them. However, from the day of my alta by TaxFix, I was registered under two activity codes (empresarial and profesional), with the empresarial one wrongly listed as primary. This caused me to be charged the Tasa de Residuos Comerciales in Barcelona for 2023 and 2024, totaling 475 €, and now I have received a new charge of 270 €, again directly linked to the errors made by TaxScouts.
Even though my experience with TaxFix lasted less than two months in 2023, I’m still facing the consequences two years later. The financial and emotional stress has been significant, including municipal charges and even a bank account embargo, all for a tax I should never have had to pay.
To make matters worse, TaxScouts/TaxFix has removed two of my previous reviews detailing these issues and has abstained from any accountability, showing no responsibility for the ongoing financial consequences of their errors.
Unfortunately, I am still dealing with the fallout from poor setup decisions. My new gestoría has been trying to fix the situation, and I’ve had to submit formal complaints and reimbursement requests to the Ayuntamiento, with no success so far.
I cannot recommend TaxScouts/TaxFix based on my experience — the errors, lack of accountability, and suppression of honest reviews have caused me unnecessary financial and personal stress.
Update: It is now October 17th, almost two weeks after I contacted them for the first time. The Support Team member Nieves informed me last week that they were trying to get in touch with the gestor to solve my case, but I've reached out twice since then and haven't gotten an answer. Really disappointed.
