I dealt with Matt at TaxHoot; he was very knowledgeable and informative; the telephone interview was warm and friendly, but also concise and clear, and we got to the point of the conversation quickly and effectively. Matt did the communication with HMRC and all I was required to do was provide backup information to allow proceedings to continue.

Very easy event and the whole process was wrapped very quickly with a positive outcome.
