I saw the value TLC program would have on my future retirement so I signed up Fall, 2025. Then, tragedy occurred and I lost BOTH my parents suddenly. Due to my responsibilities in settling their estate, I had to step down from TLC temporarily. Today, I'm at a better place and I reached out to Cielo, Advance Support team, to get back on track with TLC. She was super helpful in providing 2026 event schedule and reconnect me with my coach. This program has been very well-thought-out, it does accommodate all age groups and accommodate all learning abilities. The stuff are still very customer satisfaction focused. So far, I have not been disappointed.
