Taxrise is the best!!!!

At taxrise, they truly care!! All of their staff are kind, professional and on top of things!! I had a concern and reached out to taxrise, they got back to me within minutes, answered all my questions and handled my concern all in one day!! Just fantastic!!!!!

Huge relief to have TaxRise in my corner against the VERY scary IRS

It is early on into my TaxRise journey, however, I am very pleased thus far.
After missing one albeit, small payment (I was out of work due to severe injuries) when they placed a lien against my home unless $5700 dollars paid within 3 weeks; while interest and penalties accrued.
TaxRise personnel were prompt, always returned my calls and have reduced my anxiety by intervening with the IRS on my behalf.
Their fee was worth every penny.
(The IRS is scary! Like OG scary!
I (almost) wondered if they were going to send an Accountant to shoot out my kneecaps. But having TaxRise was like evening the playing field - having somebody who understands how the IRS plays and protects you against their tactics.)

Tax rise is an absolute scam do not use…

Tax rise is an absolute scam do not use this company at any cost; they set us up for financing for the tine of 15000.00 dollars and did not do a thing, my next call is to the BBB & the attorney general.

Tax Rise did absolutely nothing

Tax Rise did absolutely nothing. They took our money and did nothing. The IRS put a lien on our house and levied our bank account. They are worthless.

Great from the start…

TaxRise has been great from the very beginning. From my first phone call, they’ve been helpful, professional, and easy to talk to. They answered all my questions clearly and guided me through every step of the process. My onboarding counselor, Lynette, was especially great — she made everything simple and stress-free. I feel confident they’ll help me settle with the IRS for less than what I owe. I highly recommend TaxRise to anyone needing help with their taxes.
