Lack of communication
They sent out drawing asking about a shared driveway, not even the property we was selling.
No body answered the phone.

WE were recommended Taylor & Emmett by Saxton mee who we used to sell both our houses, the main issue that we have had a been poor communication, on many occasions having to ask for up-dates and information, asking for a more positive stance when asking for information and dates from other parties, at times, its has been very frustrating dealing with them.

All went well and professionally

A total pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Paula and Jacob were fantastic. Proactive. Actually called you. Didn’t just rely on E-mither. A total joy! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. In fact have done multiple times.

We have used Taylor and Emmet (Sally Winter) for three conveyancing transactions so far and I would certainly use them again for any future property transactions. Sally Winter (& her team) were professional, calm, friendly and communicative throughout the conveyancing process, which at times was very tricky due to some of the other parties involved. I would highly recommend her.

We had a brilliant experience with Taylor and Emmet. We used them for the conveyancing on our recent house move- both buying and selling.

Hannah and Danielle were fantastic at keeping us updated, pushing things along- including us if we’d forgotten to sign something or a document was required.

I would definitely use them again, they made something that is quite daunting as easy as possible and were always happy to answer any questions or help in anyway possible.

Conveyancing carried out efficiently for a reasonable fixed price. Conveyancer responded promptly to emailed queries which cannot always be said of other areas of the firm. 5 stars for conveyancing. 3 for other areas.

All staff were polite and patient when explaining the process. I was kept fully informed at all times. I would definitely use this company again and wouldn't have any qualms about recommending them to family/friends.

I cannot thank Nathan and Sarah enough. This wasn’t a simple transaction due to new legislation for high rise apartment sales and at one point I thought it wasn’t going to happen but Nathan made it possible with his can do attitude. Great communication and they were always quick to respond to any contact from myself, which was great for peace of mind. I would highly recommend them both.

Wendy and Lisa were very professional and dealt with everything on our behalf. My dad and I were extremely happy with the whole process.

Being assigned an inexperienced assistant conveyancer did not help to speed up the transaction which should have been straight forward and swift as no one was moving in or out of the house that was being sold. There also seemed to be poor communication between the purchaser’s solicitor and our representative. I felt that I was micro managing the whole process and was disappointed with the whole transaction from beginning to the end. I would never consider using this company again.

Throughout my conveyancing I was kept updated and informed throughout and I felt that this support made the whole process much easier

As a first time buy I was unsure of the process however, Taylor and emmet went through the process step by step and always explained what was happening. Professional and friendly staff and would highly recommend to any in the Sheffield area
