sent me half the cards i ordered and still expected me to pay full shipping wont give me a refund honestly **** this place im so upset.

Good prices for bulk cards which makes this an excellent source for new players and collectors of low end stuff.
The shipping was slow so I docked them one star, but overall this was excellent for buying cool looking cards to motivate my son to work hard at school.

Absolute garbage. There are plenty of other places to get cards from. The "verified" sellers don't have to do anything special to get that status. I purchased cards almost 2 months ago and still haven't gotten them. There isn't a live person to speak to at this "store" and all you get is a bot. The team it said it was going to push the issue to has not responded in over 2 weeks. I spent $60 on a few cards and have now lost the money. Don't buy from anyone on TCGplayer!!

I've had atleast 100 negative experiences and 50 positive ones. Thousands wasted. Recently did not receive a card "with tracking" in the mail. Carrier claims it was there but I check my box thoroughly and sort through every piece, every day, the second I get home. It was not there. I messaged, they eventually responded claiming they would let me refund or replace the card.. I just wanted to replace the card because I really need it for a deck I have. I asked for the replacement and the name of the carrier because we are having problems with them where I live.. thieves. They straight up ghosted me and won't reply to anything Ive sent.. luckily, I've documented every. Single piece of missing mail, fraudulent cards, orders, never sent.. this was the cherry on the cake. Do not trust this company. They offer you this big fancy "direct" with insured shipping.. they do not honor it. Disappointing and gross. Done with tcg for 👍

They have the cards you need but shipping is super slow and unreliable. Somthing they need to work on especially since they offer express. Even then my order took forever. Will be ordering for SCG Forsure next time.

My only complaint is shipping is way to show. They need to get better.

Still no refund. Still no contact from customer service. Order merchandise from tcg direct and never received merchandise. Seller hasn't issued refund and tcg is no where to be found.

Pre order fallout collection one month advance… the day of the release I didn’t get my item and after 3 weeks of waiting. I got a full refund and now the item is 500$. I even got TCG membership because it guarantee safety buying. Which was bullshet! still didn’t get my item and never again will buy new items from this website.

There are a lot of scammers that advertise on various platforms that represent as it they are TCGplayer.

I have placed over $1k in orders in the past 2 months. Over 100 cards for sure. Only about half of them ever made. Going through all the refunds has been a nightmare. All gifts I ordered are gone, I don't get my refund until the week of Christmas and they don't get what they asked for. They plaster their site name across the mail and I am CONVINCED usps is just taking whatever they please. The consistency of issues I have experienced have been worse than wells Fargo & Microsoft combined. I am at the point that, yes.. it is tcgplayers fault. Mostly usps but if you don't have ANYTHING nor are you going to take any measure of discretion when mailing valuable, easy to steal, notoriously stolen items.. than I am no longer using you. Refunds don't do anything when the card goes up $50 by the time you get your money back and all you get is an empty sorry. As soon as I get my money back, I blocking the website on my browser and using one of the more reputable sot3s my friends have been trying to convince me to use for years. Wish there was a way to get the time they wasted back. My date of experience says the 15th of Dec 23 but don't get it twisted, this issue has been ongoing for the entire two months prior and many times before in the past. I used to swear by them but now I absolutely do not recommend tcgplayer. Be warned..

The only thing that I would change, is that sometimes when ordering multiple cards( where the seller has listed the item as free shipping, or shipping included) I will still be charged shipping anyway... however, as long as you check your order before you hit the final payment confirmation button, you aren't committed to that transaction,and can back out. Just watch the subtotal for shipping in the very final step. Otherwise, I have only had great experiences.

The website removes negative feedback for sellers consistently. I've left both good and bad reviews to inform buyers about different seller's ethics. TCG Player has removed every single bad feedback that I've left, for no reason other than "we don't agree". Well, they didn't buy the products, I did. So how can they disagree? Do not trust this site. They lie about the seller's feedback to make more money at the cost of the buyer.

International tracking is advertised as such but really they cheap out and only provide US tracking. Once it hits your own country it’s a free for all. Not great especially since the cards I bought are worth over $100.

I had Magic -Modern Horizons: Morophon, the Boundless - #1- ordered for me by my friend. The sellers name is Jeffs Surplus.The card was packed excellently. I'm going to be using this card in a deck that is being built for me. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

TCGPLAYER is nothing but a scam, they allow certain sellers to be labeled as a physical lgs when they are not. Some they have listed as a physical LGS have been shut down by their state for illegal practices. I checked 50 "physical LGS" 16 had been closed for criminal behavior.

You receive fake cards from these stores, product that is Moderately played and not near mint . It's awful all around

I have been using TCGplayer for about 10 years and it was great until 2023,

This year I got charged 80$ of customs fees for my packaged and TCGplayer does not want to refund me or take the package back, every order are very slow. I do not recommended it I will used a competitor website for now on.

Sold my cards on there site. Shipped on time, got 5 start reviews, they won't pay me or message me back
