This company is a FRAUDE!
I bought ` vacuum cleanears, hoping it wouldn't be a scam because I don't usually trust companies like this... And it was. They sent me a completely useless crap that didn't match the description of the product I paid for at all, and i contact credit card's bank to do charge back ,then they ask money back ,then it should do second representment ,anyone use credit card to do charge back process?

Spent $100 get nothing!!! CHEATING!!!

This is a scam website! They never send you the product you buy!!!!

Ordered a Sweeping Robot 3 in 1 ....
Ordered in Dec last year. Just received it today. From a very nice advertised vacuum at 70% off .... you get a plastic piece of junk that doesn’t work.
The info email doesn’t work either so they will not see these remarks.

They are a real fraud, I have made a purchase of a product from your page and it does not have any similar product that I have received even more to have disbursed USD59 dollars and in the bag sent it says that it is worth USD9, I immediately request a refund I see that no I am the only one scammed with this company that makes fun of customers

i purchase 45 days ago, and they havent send me anything yet... they respond the email saying that my purchase is safe, and that takes more time than usual, but is a scam, dont waste your money....

This company is a fraude.
I bought two vacuum cleaners 3 in 1 and they sent me one that doens't correspond to anything they said.
I can't contact with the company because it says it doenst exist anymore.

Scam! Bought a 3-in-1 robot mop vacuum. It does even have the mop head. No charging port, only 3 AAA batteries! This seller should be reported!

they scam people, you don't buy absolutely anything, something different from what you see and of very low quality arrives at home

Instead of 50€ vacuum cleaner we received a toy.

Scam site! I also ordered 3 in 1 mopping system and item received was a cheap toy-nothing like what I ordered. Sent countless emails but they will only refund if I pay more to return the useless item they sent. I don’t trust them to return my money even if I pay extra to return the item and I’m then still out twice the postage. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!

This company must be reported to the authorities! It is freely producing false advertisement about its bad-quality and cheap products! I bought a cleaning robot which should’ve come with an integrated battery! It turned out they delivered a cheap toy with 3 AAA batteries! I’m very disappointed , I tried multiple times to contact and request a refund however their email address is invalid! Don’t buy anything from these guys!

This is a scam. I ordered a cleaning robot that vacuums, sweeps and wipes with an integrated battery, but they delivered a useless toy that does none of these things, and it came with three separate AAA batteries. You cannot contact them, the e-mail address is invalid, and you cannot get your a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

Beware this is a SCAM
You will be shipped something totally different and charged crazy money for a terrible product. You can’t get your money back, you can’t contact them and it costs a fortune to return the crap they send you.
