Brilliant for advice
I've been a customer since the first day the Gateshead shop opened and haven't had any need for another bike shop since. I'm not a seasoned cyclist, I cycle(d) to work daily and enjoy 15-25 mile leisure rides on a weekend but I don't know a lot about bikes. Always been warmly welcomed into the shop and have bought several bikes and used the servicing workshop a number of times. Never felt like I was being upsold more expensive components unnecessarily and any works carried out have always been clearly explained and itemised. I would absolutely recommend Team Cycles if you want advice about the bike that best suits your needs.

Great service everytime I use these…
Great service everytime I use these guys. My Madone was creaking and the service guy was very thorough and eventually found the issue after trying lots of different things. It turned out to be a loose chainring bolt hidden behind a plastic cover on my Sram chainset.

Competitively priced items dispatched quickly and issues dealt with efficiently. I was looking for a purchase of three bike computers for the family. Everything I wanted was in stock and available for next day delivery. When an item was missing I called and the issue was rectified with the missing item arriving before my wife realised that her computer had not arrived with the others. Would definitely use again having saved their URL.
