Superb customer service

Superb customer service. I had ordered the wrong size. Easy return and refund process. Ordered the right size.
From order to item arriving was easily within the 1-2 days.

Chain Gang

Needed a chain, staff helped over the phone to confirm it was in stock and pointed me at click and collect. In store staff were helpful and friendly and had me on my way again in no time.

Useless customer service

Unfortunately, both of not cheap items bought from this shop and both had problems, one i contacted directly to the brand, and second one QUOC SHOES, i raised an issue to the customer service after 2 months , one shoe has defect, they direct me to the brand , and the brand didn't open the warranty
, suggesting me to go to the shop and show them the potential issue, i ordered online, and im around 600miles trip from the shop, even after a suggested to send the shoes at my cost, contacted back the shop , and was pure useless time.
The shop who selling the products should at least try they best to sort a customer, this ones dont care !
Now i have a pair of shoes that I can't use !!
My review is not about the problem with the product, is about how useless customer service is.

Fantastic experience

We recently purchased a bike for my son from Team Cycle & we have been delighted by the experience. The bike arrived far quicker than expected and everything was packaged perfectly.
