My MacBook arrived promptly but unfortunately I was not able to get past the login. The Tech team were excellent and arranged for a next day pick up and a full refund. I would definitely use them in future.

Little glitch to begin with but support staff very competent and helpful and all ended well.

The laptop arrived so quick! Unfortunately some of the buttons weren't as responsive as you'd think a silver grade product would be. The few cosmetic issues it had weren't bad either. The return process was very simple and quick. Now I can go back and purchase a different laptop from them, as I feel like I can trust them.

Ordered a MacBook for general home working, great website, ordered a very reasonably priced Bronze standard machine, arrived very quickly, more than pleased with the condition (not some beat up reject)

This is the second machine I have bought from techtrade I have found them to be outstanding for both quality, price and service. I had a slight problem with migration from my old machine one phone call and it was solved in minutes. If looking for a machine I would look no where else
