The picture of the iMac on the website…
The picture of the iMac on the website was not the colour that turned up which was fine mistakes happened so I needed up returning the item immediately and found a version somewhere else for the exact same model with quicker delivery whilst I waited for my refund however a week past and I still hadn’t heard back from them even though the parcel had arrived with them a while ago. So I contacted my bank with all the evidence and they reached out to the merchant to try and get them to issue the refund however they didn’t respond so my bank is now currently having to sort it out themselves. Absolutely appalling as the shipping and product was perfect when it arrived

We’re sorry to see this review, as it doesn’t accurately reflect what took place.
The iMac ordered was pink, the product description clearly stated pink, and the device supplied was pink, exactly as advertised. Despite this, we arranged a return at our own cost as a goodwill gesture.
For clarity on timings:
• The order was placed on 12th February and shipped the same day
• Collection was arranged on 15th February
• The device was received back with us on Friday 16th
• It was checked and processed on Tuesday 20th ( We dont work weekends)
• The refund was issued on Wednesday 21st
At no point did we receive contact from your bank, nor was any chargeback or dispute opened with us. The refund was processed in line with our normal procedures and within a reasonable timeframe.
We always aim to be fair, transparent, and responsive, and we’re disappointed to see a 1-star review based on information that is simply incorrect — particularly when the product, delivery speed, and return collection were all handled promptly and professionally.

Ordered imac one evening, almost on a whim, as deal seemed so good. Arrived a few days later. In original packaging. Excellent condition...looked new. Set up easy...once power on just followed screen instructions. So far so good, but very happy at the moment. Thanks guys.

I cannot praise this company enough
I cannot praise this company enough. I bought a refurbished imac desk top. After using it I felt it wasn't quite right ( a bit too slow). I spoke to Ryan at support and he decided to replace the machine. He advised me to purchase a disk to back up my data whilst I awaited the replacement. Ryan is perhaps the most patient person I have ever had dealings with and has a sense of humour. He talked me through the process of the back-up and said he would assist when the new machine arrives.
I am very thankful to Ryan, I am 75 and not very technical. He advised me on which machine would be right for me and everything regarding my purchase. Thank you Ryan

Great iMac, exactly as described, but…
The iMac I bought is as described, great specs, works beautifully, I’m very pleased with my purchase. I did contact the sellers via email after my purchase with a question but I never received a reply. And I need to mention they did run a promotion with a big discount that only appeared once when entering the website, I was so concentrating on the tech specs to find the right machine I didn’t even take in what was on the pop up window. When it came to checkout I missed the discount as I had not really taken note of it, and the offer appeared nowhere else on the website. I only realised this the next day when I looked at the website again and the same pop up appeared. I could’ve saved a lot of money using this offer.

Just received my 27" i Mac from techtrade....fantastic, wireless key board & mouse thrown in.
It was sold as "Bronze" quality, I can't think how good silver or gold quality are as this is like brand new with 6 months warranty.
Don't be in any doubt if you're thinking of buying from them the quality is superb.

Excellent machine with great delivery
I was a bit wary ordering used machine but went for "Gold" and it really was as described - as new and all working perfectly. It was supplied with a new (non-Apple) keyboard and mouse but I had a spare so no problem on this score.
