Technicians were very professional, exactly what i needed. Everything was done ia a proper way in a timely manner.

The service was outstanding. Everyone i worked with was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would like to recommend your services to other people and i have already asked my sister to go with it. TechDrive Support is a legitimate company that provides customer service to help people with their Technical Issues.

Technicians were very helpful. Stephen was extremely good he took care of everything and explained everything in a proper manner and made me understand what he was doing. He made me comfortable on the call and helped me. You can reach out to him for any technical or non technical issues, he would have an answer for everything or will get it for you in no time.

Purchased VPN from TechDrive Support. Download the app but VPN doesn't set up. Have contacted Norton regarding refund but got cut off and couldn't enter the code. Very complicated as everything now digitised so giving one star for failure of app and very poor customer service. Do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY !!!!!

This service was really good it took off big load from me now i don't have to worry about the support and security these people will handle it and the best thing is i can call them at regular intervals and can get the instant help then and there. would love to use their service. Scam company, terrible get a Norton VPN and its cyber security, worked for a few hours then started block access of every program to the internet, every time I connected to internet it shut it down.

Stop contacting me so often and putting Norton pop ups on my devices to persuade me to buy more of your products. I’m already a customer but feel like you don’t care if you offend and drive me insane with all the nagging. scammer

This company is a fraud. They hide their auto renewal feature and then throw up a hundred roadblocks to cancelling or getting a refund. You can write them a hundred times and they will continue to send you to customer service who will then say they can't do it but you need to call their "refund team." Fraud. Pure and simple. Don't ever subscribe to Mcafraud.

The Tech were great they fixed my problem and explained me everything in the process and made me feel comfortable and when they were explaining the thing i understood what they were doing. Both the tech were professional and polite, at times i was frustrated but they took care of it and understood why i was frustrated and all in all a good service

This is an active tech support scam. I wonder how Trust pilot is allowing them on their website and participating in fooling consumers.
