Scam company

Scam company! I was recently contacted by a company claiming to be Norton, offering tech support services. They convinced me to give them remote access to my computer and also requested personal information. After the session was over, I realized that I had been scammed and that the company was not actually affiliated with Norton. I urge others to be cautious of these types of scams and to never give remote access or personal information to unsolicited parties. I have reported this incident to the Federal Trade Commission and to Norton for further action

They cleared up a mess I had on…

They cleared up a mess I had on multiple devices and Norton. They were able to clean the problem up on all 5 of my devices. I now have a go to company for my computer issues.
