Surprised by some of the negative reviews on here. Very impressed with both the phones I have bought from this company. Both were exactly as described and dispatched promptly. Excellent communication and customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Bought a used Samsung s20 from this company for £179.99 on 8th August it was supposed to be 1/3 days for delivery now 25th August still waiting

Emails get returned to your mail box undelivered
Iv tried to contact this company on lots of occasions but draw a blank everytime
This company is a SCAM don't fall for the lies that they tell u on there website u will only lose your money

very poor very poor..don’t get scammed…they’re big scammers…I bought Phn didn’t work sent that back…it’s been 4 months they don’t reply my msgs don’t pick up the Phn…they’re the worst don’t bother buying from them…poor service…greedy people…

Ordered the Samsung Fold2 it arrived in 3 days, screen was clean, smudge free and scratch free, little scratches along the outer hinge, to be expected. very easy buying experience and phone is in great condition.

Bought an iPhone 5s 16gb but they sent me iPhone SE that was doubled the price of iPhone 5s.. but the phone is really clean only few scratches at the back..the battery health is 92%.. no issues at all in the Phn… I would definitely recommend buying from them…I spoke to the person he’s so nice and decent…Thank you

rubbish seller brought a phone on the ebay site and only cause i left bad feed back over there is the reason i got the phone ordered and was week late AVOID NEVER EVER BUY

Terrible experience with this company. Should have taken notice of all the negative reviews! Ordered refurbished phone over £100. Seller messaged a day later saying can they send a different colour. I immediately said no and asked to cancel for a refund. Then it was marked as dispatched! It arrived but battery wouldn't charge hardly , even over night and would then drop to 0. Had to send back and waiting for a refund. Ignoring all messages now and still no refund! Will be contacting trading standards.

DISGUSTING... if you want to buy a dangerous product from a lying, theiving scumbag go ahead, otherwise if you have any sense AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! They will not reply to you, the warranties are worthless, refunds dont exist and their attitude just really puts the icing on the cake.. How they are still operating i will never know.. sent my piece of junk phone back to them recorded yet they claim to not have it, even though i can clearly see who signed for it, so theyre liars too.. then when all else fails they ignore you some more... cant stress enough that no one should EVER use this company.. jokers... people like these disgust me, hope youre reading you lowlife crooks
