I purchased my son's first phone from Techmanic Ltd, it arrived with greasy hand prints all over it, a cracked screen so the screen did not work properly, the battery went from 60% to 1% in a matter of minutes. I returned the phone and was promised a replacement. It took almost a month to get my replacement which I think was far too long. Eventually after a long time the seller did send me a very good replacement phone which I cannot fault. I have spoken with the seller and he has apologised fully for the initial issues and inconvenience he caused and did make up for it by sending a better phone.

Just Awful.

I bought a phone specifically because it said same day despatch (if ordered before 3.30) . I even backed this up with a message to say could they post ASAP as I needed on a hurry . 5 days later still not despatched.
I bought elsewhere that actually did deliver next day and so asked them to cancel. Lo and behold - sent out the next day!
They ignored every message sent. I returned their phone and took days to refund.
I would definitely avoid at ALL costs. They state next day delivery - LIE

12 months warranty - Well, make your own mind up !

Ordered a ‘grade A’ used iPhone 7 from these guys. Came with aftermarket digitiser (scroll skipping), white bezel delaminating, badly scratched camera glass and no screen screws. Contacted by email multiple times and no response. Phoned their number and ‘mailbox full’. Don’t go anywhere near this company.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS SELLER TECHMANIC LTD HIS A CROOK AGAIN PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TRUST when I bought a s6 on eBay had to return it so went to his place in Croydon london to give back bought s9 after he gave my money back on eBay he forced me to give cash £125 I was stupid but I gave them he never gave me receipt so he said will email but never came so went to his place again phone keep phoning or Tex no answer so came back when I threatened of court and protest outside his place after phoning for 3 weeks then he gave money back phone was RUBBISH battery dead in 3hours without using it and headphones socket not working again please please do not buy anything from HIS A BIG LAIR never answer phones

I bought a phone from Techmanic through eBay but had problems with it from day one I arranged to send it back to them.
However, I had a problem with my printer so could not print the return label so I paid to send it back 1st class royal mail
Then they asked for proof I had sent it back and asked for a copy of the P O receipt so I sent them a copy.
Now they just ignore my emails so I Intend to make a complaint to eBay.
I would not recommend this seller to my worst enemy.

Don't touch this company with a barge pole , bought a phone from them and it had a one year warranty and money back guarantee with it , after 4 months the screen just went blank for no reason , I contacted them to tell them and before even seeing the phone they told me " I had damaged the screen " ? , I eventually got them to accept the phone needed repaired under warranty , ( it cost me 8 pounds postage to send it to them ) they contacted me 3 weeks after I sent it to them saying" the screen was damaged " ? But they didn't even look at it for repair , saying it would cost to much to look at , they then have decided not to send my phone back to me , when i contacted them to see where my phone is and when it will be delivered , ie what courier would be delivering my phone and what is the parcels tracking number etc they have ignored me and refused to answer any questions , 100% do not deal with this company TECHMANIC .

Terrible experience. The watch they sent me developed a fault a couple of months or so after purchase. The 12 month warranty they offered with the purchase was as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike. They used every excuse in the book to try and wriggle out of repairing the watch. To conclude, they didn't repair the watch, they didn’t return it to me, they didn’t replace it nor did they refund the money I paid for it. In the end eBay paid me the refund. They are rude, unhelpful and will keep your money and your purchase if you return it to them for repairs under their own warranty STAY WELL CLEAR!!

Was sent a phone that I used along with a cable provided and a Samsung plug. After a few months the phone stopped turning on. As it was under a 12 month warranty, I sent it off for repair and after weeks of chasing them and poor communication they tell me my phone is on my way by email and by phone. Great. Following this a week later I ask them for the tracking number. Instead of providing a tracking number they tell me the phone was unrecoverable and there was nothing they could do. They would not be sending me a phone, this was about 6 weeks without a phone. It came under physical damage apparently, but they had already lied to me and I didn't drop i, nor was there water damage. They told me after 6 weeks and already telling me it was on it's way they would not recover or replace it. Pray that there is nothing wrong with your phone, all the other reviews seem smooth, but if something does go wrong, you might be screwed. In the end we came to an agreement and they sent me a discounted replacement for the trouble. The phone they sent was all scratched up on the back with signs of heat damage, whereas the first one had been pristine. I sent them photos of this and they never responded. Very disrespectful of customers if there is an obstacle and no problem with providing misinformation. Unreliable.

Have bought 2 phones from this online store with no issues. Both were in good nick as described and very fairly priced! Happy to recommend to other people.
