I experienced problem charging my new mobile I purchased from Teknistore. I contacted customer service and I was pleasantly surprised of the quick response from the customer service. The problem was not the mobile it was the charger...Customer services immediately posted me a new charger free of charge.No problems charging my mobile anymore.

I found a Blackview phone on this site over €100 euros cheaper than anywhere else. I was put off by some of the bad reviews but decided to order anyway, because the saving was too great too ignore. The phone arrived much faster than I expected it to. I am pleasantly surprised.

Save your money, time and the agro dealing with PayPal! Avoid! To start they had to be reminded to ship my item. When the product finally got to me well past the expected delivery date it was defective. Sent it back and did everything I was told to do spent a fair amount that was supposed to be refunded according to them on their own app (it wasn't). Would expect a replacement at this point but nope took them 3 months to repair the item. They then had the cheek to try charge me something like €160 to return it to me even though it was dead on arrival and were emailed that the very next day. Then told me they could "TRY" send it back for free if I dropped my PayPal dispute! I have over 41 emails in relation of this whole ordeal. Over 4 months this whole thing has lasted and I'm still £44 out of pocket! AVOID!!!

Edit: don't think made it clear my order was around £333 pound the £44 I'm out of pocket was for the return shipping. I fear if it wasn't for PayPal I'd £377 down with no phone and if I paid that charge they wanted I'd of been even more again.

This company should not be allowed to trade. The website shows stock when it's not available. Customer service is terrible. I have been wait for my order since mid October, after 3 weeks I contacted customer service. Eventually I was told this is not available and was offered an alternative the was available to dispatch straight away. It is now the end of November, I have asked several times for a refund, but my emails are being ignored. My order suddenly changed to shipped. But suprise suprise, there is no tracking information. Customer service still will not reply to my queries.
You are making a massive error if you order from this site. I suspect most of the feedback given is a fake reviews.

If anyone from the Teknistore reads this GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

Well as can be seen from their reply. My parcel is on its way. NOT.. sure enough the courier company has received a delivery instruction and provided a tracking numbers. ..... BUT TEKNISTORE... YOU NEED TO GIVE THE PARCEL TO THE COURIER SO THEY CAN DELIVER IT....
4 working days have passed and the courier progress is " Parcel not yet received."
Congratulations Teknistore you have one again proved that this is an untrustworthy company.
And yes in your direct email to me the threat of no support until I remove this review does not really worry me.
I'm happy to continue with my updates until I have my parcel .

Finally I have my order. Total shipping time was 6 working days. It just took 6 weeks to be handed to a courier.
Anyway I have ammended my rating as the product is a great manufacturer. And has produced some excellent phones.
BUT I can't give a great rating as I still believe that Teknistore customer service needs a lot of improvement.

All perfect, cancel an order and a few hours after contacting them, they responded, solving my problem, Thank you.

I think it is one of the better shops I ever found, because when I had a problem caused by the Italian mail sistem, they had followed, helped and repaired the problem.
The product I ordered have a very good quality.
So, for me is excellent!
