My experience with Teknistore customer care was very good. I have bought a smartphone that wasn't the right model for me (OS languages: only chinese and english, my fault), and I opened a ticket to communicate this. They kindly trusted me, and I have received the authorization for a RMA. Thank you so much!

Quick customer support response but delivery remains delayed beyond promised date. Don't pay extra for "rapid delivery" , it's a con.

We didn't manage to get the item we ordered because it was out of stock. Teknistore customer service has been really helpful, offering to exchange the notebook we ordered with another one without paying it more. We had to refuse because it wouldn't have arrived in time, and they had immediately made the refund. We'll probably order something else on Teknistore in the future.

After reading other real reviews I have come to the conclusion that my order will not arrive anywhere near the allotted time frame.
It has been nine days and the shipment is still in preparation even as it is supposed to arrive after 10 days.
This tells me that, mirroring other reviews, the product is actually out of stock and I will first have to wait for it to be restocked before the shipping process can begin.
This is unacceptable and I will try to refund after the time frame has passed.
If this review has not changed then that means the order still has not arrived.
