Rubbish support!! Waste of time and money not worth the agro!!
Ordered Blackview phone in April. Teknistore did not help us with our enquiries when the phone did not arrive . A month later with the help of PayPal we traced it to the post office . It had not been delivered because there was still about £15 to pay on the shipping!!
By this time we really didn't want the item but as we got no help from Teknistore and because Singapore is not covered by PayPal. So they said we paid the shipping and went to collect item from post office. Guess what!! It doesn't even charge up. But we finally got some response from Teknistore " change your feedback and close your PayPal claim then we will take it back and give you a refund". I've told them "when they take it back and give us the refund then I'll change the feedback!! ". COWBOY OUTFIT!!! BUYER BEWARE.!!!!

Wish I had bought my phone somewhere else
Bought a xiaomi phone. It said on the page it was "international version" so I assumed it had the global rom with european languages, but that wasn't the case. And the costumer support page is terrible, you can't see what you wrote or if they answered.
