Tek Trendy was exceptionally friendly and helpful! They helped me with my decision on the scooter that was right for me. Buying and receiving my scooter couldn't have been easier. They were also very patient and friendly with me, considering that I am probably a little older than their average purchaser. I would recommend them to everyone!

The staff was very helpful in the ordering process as I could not pay with credit card, only via e-transfer which I was hesitant about at first, but once I spoke to Leo he helped me sort out the details and everything went fine! Surprisingly the scooter arrived earlier then expected, in mint condition!! It is slightly bigger/taller than expected, but easy enough to move around and works great. It is sturdy, well built, just an excellent scooter! You do not realize how fast 25km actually feels on the scooter. It is a great product!! Thank you TekTrendy for the excellent service!

First of all, the communication of the customer service was excellent. They responded very quickly and nicely to everything I wrote. Also, the way to send money by e-transfer was really convenient and easy. I have been using my scooter for about 3 days. Really, its durability is excellent in terms of material quality and content. Great scooter. Great service.
My only "complaint" was after picking up the scooter, I was told not to raise and lower the handle bar too often as there is a plastic part that seems to break as said from other users to the shop owner. It is a little heavier than I thought, but that's just me not realizing the actual written on line. I do love that it feels extremely sturdy while driving. Super happy with my purchase overall.

I bought the segway ninebot max. I paid via etransfer so I was able to pick it up within a couple days. It was an easy process, they even gave me a complimentary case that attaches to the scooter. 10/10 would recommend

TekTrendy was mostly a good experience, customer service easy to reach, was pleasant, very helpful, took time answer all questions, explained the functions of my escooter both before and after sale. Overall value of my purchase was good as i was able to catch the winter sale, based on cost of the transaction it qualified for free shipping which was a nice bonus. Fedex shipping was fast and efficient. My gripe, which is a big gripe is that Tektrendy does not accept credit card payments for online orders (only e-transfers) which is a bummer, no sucked big time, and yeah as a customer I don't care to hear about online fraudsters, if its a problem, fix it and move on, don't force all online orders to bend over backwards as a result. Anyways, after i got my escooter i noticed a small error was made with my order, they fixed it promptly and without much pulling teeth, the true test of customer service and I'm afraid they passed!!

Amazing customer service, Lio was so nice and friendly. The scooter itself is amazing, feels nice, sturdy, and smooth on the streets. i love how the functions aren't tied to only using Bluetooth apps either, (the last scooter i got off amazon, wouldn't let me do anything without the app, and the app wouldn't even connect to the scooter).

Also thank you for the free goodies. I'm going through a rough patch in life right now, so having this scooter and the freedom to go where i please without using transit, is definitely something i needed.
