The ES4 is excellent. Quick pick up and rep loaded it in car. Rep explained thoroughly and tips on how to use/care. Very friendly rep and was in contact with us throughout the whole process. Curbside pickup on 3rd business day.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

It was a brilliant experience from the start. From the customer service on the phone to picking up the scooters on a Sunday afternoon of a long weekend we were treated with professionalism and a smile.

Thank-you Peter & Leo, for making pick-up so smooth and easy! I appreciate you coming-in on Canada Day Holiday in early evening, so I can pick-up the Segway ES4. Leo was very friendly and helpful: he gave me tips on strapping on the Scooter Storage Bag, how to prevent battery damage, and he lugged the Scooter in Box down 2 streets in 30 degrees C, to put it in the back of our minivan. Based on my research, your Discounted Pricing is about 10% LOWER than other Stores downtown. Oh, it was VERY KIND of you to include the PINK-colored GIFT to my Wife, she can't wait to ZOOM around in her New Scooter!

AMAZING! I was so overwhelmed with so many options of electric scooters, the online chat was really helpful, I also got a phone call from Peter and he was fantastic at explaining all the differences and helped me make an informed decision, and Leo was great! Picking up my scooter was a breeze, he put it together show me how to use it and gave me some great tips.

From start to finish it was excellent customer service and I will continue to shop here and refer as many people as I can

To notice: if you have a problem with the scooter and you can’t fix it then it’s dead there’s no warranty sadly.

Concerning the scooter, the ride is very satisfying . Riding long distance doesn’t matter cause it’s confortable. Sadly we can’t use for 40km+ with fast mode. But it still worth it .
Concerning the website and the costumers services, it’s literally perfect i don’t know how it could be better.
Concerning the shipping, for me it arrived in one week but due to Coronavirus pandemic and protests it have been delayed for 3 days.

My two (2) scooters arrived within five (5) business days from ordering. Excellent speed of shipment! Scooters are robust and feel strong. Very sturdy kickstand and a nice grippy base to rest your feet. My favourite feature are the LED lights! I also noticed they are not made of cheap material which is nice. Once activated through the app, the scooters were ready to go. I like the three different modes. My wife is on Standard mode while I’m on Sport. Nice to have different riding options for the person’s experience levels. Can’t wait to ride! Also excellent customer service from peter and a Neil. Thanks guys for making this an easy purchase.
