Thank you so much to the TekTrendy team and especially Leo for taking the time to field my questions during the process of buying a Ninebot Max scooter.
They’re knowledgeable and prompt in their replies.
Leo went above and beyond by being extremely flexible with my schedule when coordinating for my pickup appointment within a couple of days of placing my order.
He assembled the scooter and even stuck around to ensure everything worked well during a test ride.
I appreciate the outstanding customer service and the product I received.

Had an unbelievable experience dealing with the TekTrendy team, buying a Nanobot Max from them in the process. These guys really know their stuff, actually care enough about the customer and explain every single detail about the scooter and the technology at the handoff, beyond just selling it. I received my Xiaomi 365 Pro today. There was a little mix up w contact. However that was all sorted out. I was helped amazingly. Got my ride. Ride to work and ride home. Very happy.

Love my new Xiaomi Pro scooter and love how easy it was dealing with TekTrendy! Outstanding service - I went to pick up my scooter in person and was given a very thorough overview of the scooter and it’s features, and they even set it up for me and dealt with all the packaging and mess! They also threw in a free carry strap for me which was a kind gesture. Would definitely recommend!

During quarantine I was looking for an alternative to public transit and I found nice scooters from Tektrendy. There are many websites offering scooters but non of them had good prices and good quality like Tektrendy. They contacted me so fast and explained me everything about pick up time and location. So today I picked up my scooter and everything was even better when I took it for a test drive. I got xiaomi m365 pro and it's very well built and so easy to assemble.
