Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many people were dissatisfied with the product, finding that the robotic puppies were not as advertised and appeared to be cheap, battery-operated toys rather than the life-like, interactive companions shown. Customers frequently reported issues with the quality of the items received, noting they were flimsy and often arrived broken or in poor condition. The pricing was also a major point of contention, with many feeling they paid a significantly inflated price for products that could be found much cheaper elsewhere. Furthermore, numerous consumers experienced problems with their orders, including incorrect items, overcharges, and lengthy delivery times. The refund process was a significant source of frustration, as many struggled to obtain full refunds, with some only being offered partial amounts or encountering difficulties in getting their money back.

It took overlong to get my order fulfilled. I figured the delay likely occurred at Customs/JFK. When it finally arrived, it was a huge disappointment. The little “robot puppies” that are photographed... See more

I think the only way they can improve is to stop selling false advertised items. It is a shame that a company like that can take advantage of so many innocent people. My Grand daughter was so disappoi... See more

No USB charge on puppies.

No USB charge on puppies.. just batteries needed..no delivery in box, just 4 puppies put in a bag. They do NOT do what the website shows. Totally mismarketed and waste of money. No paperwork or instructions enclosed…just put in batteries, turn the switch on. They squeak and move in circles.

Scam

This happened to me also. My credit card co declined the charge which was under a different name (usbolonzi) and was for $69.99. Since I didn’t recognize the charge I have ended up getting a new card and lots of hassle. But on the good side I am not out any money . Those little puppies sheer look real This AI will change the world as we know it.

Rip Off company

This company charged me for 3 other items I didn’t want with their payment app and then charged even more than that on my bank account. I have been going back and forth by email to get my money back. My next step is a bank complaint then the BBB. I tired of being ripped off by these companies selling goods on the socimedia sites than are scams and rip offs.

I saw an ad from Telegelam on PocketFM…

I saw an ad from Telegelam on PocketFM indicating they were approved by Trustpilot. I purchased 2 Nicco - My Realistic Robot Puppy. The Trustpilot logo is on my receipt (I have a screenshot). I was immediately notified by my credit card company that the charge was denied. I learned that the amount was not what was shown on the receipt, and that 8 additional charges from other companies within a few minutes were also denied.
