Support needs better training. They don't read emails. They copy paste messages and repeat themselves 10-50 times over.
I told them ok you made your point, you can't do ABC. Close the ticket. They ignore. Many agents continue to write back and ignore the request. This turns into spam. I tell them to stop spamming me and they refuse.
I must have received 40-50 emails on the same topic - only 2 emails were relevant.

Clearly it is not, otherwise you would READ emails. When a customer says STOP the thread. STOP writing. CLOSE the ticket then do so. Instead 10+ agents answer the same ticket AND the same agents copy pastes identical messages multiple times without reading or listening. This should have been 2 emails at most. Then you refuse to close tickets. I told you I'd leave a 1 star is you didn't stop - instead the ticket transferred to yet another agent.
This isn't the first time. The message you are giving is don't dare contact support as they will not stop hounding you with their incessant, repetitive spam.

My experience with Temu, for anyone considering ordering:
This issue has been ongoing since March 19, and until now, there is still no real resolution.
It started with a delivery delay — the estimated delivery changed from 6 days to more than 10 days, which caused me to miss the occasion I originally ordered for.
Then I was surprised by undisclosed charges upon delivery, reaching almost half the original order value. The notice about potential extra fees was not clearly presented at the time of purchase.
There is also a minimum order requirement (around 1000 EGP) just to complete the purchase, which puts customers in a difficult position.
Additionally, there was inconsistency between the company’s information and the shipping updates, and the product quality was below expectations.
As for the refund, this has been the most frustrating part:
I have been trying to recover 3856 EGP for over a month. The same information was requested multiple times, different agents handled the case, and the responses were repetitive with no actual progress.
Overall, this has been a very stressful and time-consuming experience.
Honestly, think twice before placing an order, especially if your money matters to you.
I will update this post if the issue is ever resolved.
And your current response does not address my case.
I am not requesting a standard refund through the app.
Your support team already reviewed my case, confirmed the total amount ($73.22 USD / 3856 EGP), collected my bank details, and created a ticket for a manual bank transfer.
Despite this, the issue remains unresolved after more than a month.

Scammed again re purchasing showing 5 different items you get one. AND with another 5 mixed set same again and guess what you get the same item. Go to view the order and UNAVAILABLE to view obviously they have been remove d by Temu re scamming. Go to return and guess what one can only return one order NOT the two scamming orders, KEEP AWAY FROM TEMU. Stick with EBAY , no such scamming goes on. AND TEMU go to my last orders do not ask me yet again as before the order and the problem when it was clearly stated on my Trust Pilot review. TEMU sellers are making a fortune with this scamming on their adverts MISLEADING buyers . AND what is more bombarded daily with so called offers in mail.

Never again. Changed their refund terms: no longer picking up from home.
Changed without notifications and not solution oriented to ensure they support the customer to process the refunds.
Becomes pay for own courier and they refund you in temu credits.
After 10 days of back and forths providing them solutions. their most innovative answer:
we will refund you a portion of the refund and you keep the goods.
this is FRAUD.

Lies, lies, lies! They told me that I would get 8 free gifts if I spent $20-mind you that the reason that I was given this offer was due to spending over $100!
When i went to check out, I was only given 1 of the free gifts that was in my cart and a chance to order to get the other 7 gifts! Very deceiving and I'm done with them.

Temu definitely not offering deals it used to do, coupons require large amounts to be spent, credit back deals are much lower and promotions that flash up on the screen do not give all necessary information and most feel like they’re a trick as they rope you in only to find out it’s a long drawn out process to get any benefits. Was very regular with buying but very disappointed lately.

This company runs some of the biggest "promotions and deals" for its customers. I meant the biggest SCAMS I have ever seen in my life. The app tells me that some of the items I originally was deceived in ordering qualified for a reimbursement and that I could pick out multiple items and order them. Ofcourse I read the fine print and it said shipping was free and items could equal up to $30. I picked out a couple of items less than $30 then it wanted me to check out and PAY the total amount, if not more... Wait what?... Thats not the definition of "reimbursement"....me having to pay Temu for it..

I just went round and round with a Temu customer service rep on chat. Couldn't give me pertinent info regarding my account, or a particular charge on an order delivered that I don't recall making. Several times I had to repeat information. I am crazy frustrated with Temu. I dropped out of a chat that was totally non productive and the back and forth was so absurd I felt I was being totally jacked around, so I left the chat. When my BP gets back to normal I will try again via telephone to resolve my issue.

Beware of their promotions. Firstly, they create complex T&Cs making it nearly impossible to achieve the offer. Secondly, when you follow all steps, they don't honor their offers. I followed their promotion terms and never received the reward. When I raised this with the customer service and sent them screenshots, they sent robotic emails that denied the very promotion on the screen shots, clearly showing they didn't even look at the the attachment. Very poor service.

I’ve gone ahead and put this on this site for outright fraud perpetrated against me by Temu and Nordivale global shop. I’ve ordered an item that was totally for sale on Temu! Then they say we don’t like the looks of the product and I said I don’t care send it…and contacted Temu customer service so all of a sudden it’s out of stock…yet item still for sale on site so obviously not sold out! They have my money and refuse to ship me my item which is against the law so I went to authorities.
Now Temu is f’n me over because of this ships they owe me $200 credit for a promotion but refuse to abide by said rules even though I never cancelled item but they won’t give me the credit

I didnt even want to write a one star review for this site i ordered some items and these were creased like just scrunged in there package no care attall tacky and sent wrong sizes i recieved xl size of one item very unloved site to order from my items went straight in my bin ! Temu is a ripoff and note I have purchased many items in the last several years. I almost placed with several items and with one or two items in quanities of two. Before I placed order there $ numbers did not add up - it appeared the second item was at a much higher price than if I just bought one. So I just went to Amazon you pay the listed price, easy returns and no lies.
