I paid £710 for an end-of-tenancy clean. My landlord’s independent checkout identified numerous cleaning issues including the dishwasher filter, dust, dog hair and further carpet cleaning. When I complained, the company declined to investigate because my complaint was outside their guarantee period, despite me only becoming aware of the alleged issues after the independent checkout.

Very easy to book, and any queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The team Lloyd and Ben arrived early at my property. They did an excellent job on a flat that was left in a terrible state by my tenant. By the time they had finished, it felt like a new place. Very happy with the overall experience and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them

Had a great end of tenancy cleaning experience with Tenancy.Cleaning for our 3 story midterrace + converted basement in Altrincham. Quotes given were competitive and easy to book and make payment online ahead of the clean.

Abubakr came right on time, helped us add things we left off on the clean and got started right away. A good 5 hours later the two cleaners did a great job and left the place spotless.

Ali have Salmon have done a great job in cleaning my flat.
the bathrooms are sparkling clean and the oven is shiny like new.The curtains have been steam cleaned and all surfaces left spotless.

They were late by more than an hour without a single apology from cleaners themselves.
I called them so many times with office and leader of cleaners and never gave me time estimate. When they finally arrived, not even apology but an attitude. One of the cleaner was eating a sandwich as she entered the flat.
Two other men were nice but this woman had an attitude repeatedly saying it was hard to find the flat and not an ounce of feeling bad for being late. maybe get out of your car and search when I was already looking outside or arrive on time.
Haven’t even saw the results yet but I’m fuming already from this unprofessional behaviour that initially made me thought it was a scam.

David did an excellent job cleaning my mother’s flat to prepare it for sale. That included a particularly heroic job on the under sink cupboard and drawers, which were filthy. Communication with the company was good throughout and I appreciate the clarity of the quotation system and the ability to customise the job. I would certainly use this company again.

The Christos Ntemo team arrived and immediately got to work - they were very friendly, worked quickly and meticulously cleaned everything. They were visibly very thorough and left everything sparkling clean. Instead of moving around my clutter they cleaned under it too. We had a good conversation while they were working and I was very impressed by the end.

Christos Ntemo team did an excellent job with our clean, getting our 3 bedroom house back to the baseline needed for us to move out. They were really helpful and friendly throughout the whole process, working really hard despite the heat. The oven has never been cleaner!

This is my second time booking Tenancy Cleaning for my student house in between tenancies. I will continue to use them as they are excellent. Very highly recommended. Punctual, polite, good value, very good results.

Property was quoted and paid extra aa was in poor condition. However despite paying extra it was not left in anywhere near standard, the 1 person that turned up said another was joining him but camera shows no one else arrived, paid for carpet cleaning but no carpet cleaning equipment shows being taken into property
The marks on carpet were not removed, one described as. Burn that was impossible to remove by the company was removed by a standard vax cleaner. They lie they ask for more money, didn’t even attempt to clean a toilet, or clean carpets. One person for 4/5 hours was £400+
