Mens matches are with commentary in the app, but as soon as you stream, the commentary disappears. But what's worse is that even with premium, they never show womens tennis. So never again. Cancelled subscription and won't come back.

It works well in Safari and Firefox on two iMacs and an iPad pro.
I was unable to get on one Firestick and having read on their site that there are problems I did not try the others.
I did try the web browser on my Samsung TV to no avail.
Haiving got a one month Premium Pass I find that they are not showing ladies matches. I shall not be renewing my sub.
Am awaiting a reply from them.
Have now heard from them.
They say they don't have rights to WTA matches.
What a con. I have cancelled sub.

I am Australia based & live streaming of matches is virtually unwatchable even though I have high speed internet connected to my TV & Receiver. (150mbps++)

Beginning a live stream for the first 1-2 minutes delivers excellent HD quality, but then it deteriorates to standard definition, and then shortly after it become blurred/pixelated & unwatchable.

Replay highlights are always fine. I have raised this issue multiple times with their helpdesk over the past 12-18 months, but am indirectly told it's a user issue not them, or just ignored.

I have friends in Australia who also subscribe & face the same issues as me.

There is clearly a TennisTV server/network broadcast bandwidth issue, that needs addressing.

Unfortunately the TennisTV support team are not listening & not taking positive actions to address this ongoing issue.

When I watch the Grand Slams on Stan Sport (live streaming) these are broadcast in 4K on centre court & these live matches are flawless.

TennisTV support team - please take this issue seriously...there are plenty of other options to watch ATP tennis in Australia - BeInSports & The Tennis Channel.

It's simply terrible! Don't know how anyone could rate it higher? Maybe they're paid schills? Trying right now to input the code at tennistv point com/tv, simply DOES NOT WORK!

This isn't the first time! So must use my laptop, and connect a HD cable to the smartTV; but now it DOESN'T let me log in to my account!

Horrible service

Completed sign up form on app. Press "ok" and nothing happens. Go to website to try and sign up. No menu item to "sign up." Search google for "Tennis TV subscribe." Arrive at what is apparently the subscription page and all is it is a blank screen. Tried two different browsers. Who is running this business and how is it so bad? 1.9/5.0 rating is very poor. Know I know why. Strange that Tennis TV is ATP's direct-to-consumer digital subscription service. They should be appalled at how bad this product is based on many poor reviews.

Just came on to Trustpilot to write a review after having an exceptionally great customer service experience with Tennis TV so needless to say was somehwat shocked to see all the negative stuff. Yes there are some quirks with the service but for the most part I find it very good value for money especially compared to Sky for example and the platform is very user-friendly with loads of coverage and replays and highlights available almost immediately after the matches. Recently there was an issue with their app on some Samsung TVs including mine so I contacted them and the response was definitely 5 star ... they got back to me quickly to ask for some additional info then told me they were working on it then got back to me again to say it had been fixed which indeed it had. Couldn't have asked for more other than the glitch not to have happened in the first place of course but sometimes things happen and then it's all about how they handle it.

I have to sign in for every new tournament even though I have a yearly subscription. I signed in online and 2 minutes later I had to sign in from the TV as well.

I have recently emailed this company 7 times at their email address asking them to turn on auto renewal in my account, as there is no option for me to do so myself on their website after initially turning it off.

They have ignored every single one of my emails, so they have non existent customer service.

I have decided that I will just let my subscription expire and I will not be renewing it if they continue to ignore my emails.

What else can I do and what exactly would they have me do otherwise?

Clearly their customers are of no consequence whatsoever to them.

Do not subscribe to Tennis TV, unless you have the tolerance to spend hours of frustration attempting to install and eventually trying get responses that end in you giving up. How they can succeed in charging your card without entering a payment is apparently their business practice.

I am monthly subscriber for a year almost and it's good to be able to watch whole matches, extended highlights, and condensed matches too.
What I would appreciate for quite high monthly subscription is better, higher quality video files. For example. I am watching whole match from 2014 Dubai Federer vs Novak and the quality is horrible. On YouTube there are extended highlights in 1080p quality. Why can't I as a paying customer/subscriber have the original quality if there is one?
Most of the old replays are very bad quality.

I was never able to watch a match without video freezing every 2 minutes.
Looks like a small family owned crappy service with no management, quality control....nothing.

Awful service and awful customer service. I have made a subscription on fire stick and after 15 days premium is still not working and I can still not watch anything!
I have written 5 emails to the customer service and initially they replied that they were trying to fix a problem as high priority and then they just stopped reply! No assistance at all.

A useless customer service, a horrible site, infamous commentators. An utter disgrace.

Like all the comments I see below tennis tv renewed my 6 months subscription without warning. When contacting the customer service they hide behind the fact that it is your fault that you didn’t cancelled as written somewhere far in the agreement.

No way to get refund or escalate a complaint.

They mainly have 250 ATP tournaments and some 500.

So please cancel your pass as soon as you get it to avoid facing poor customer service

THEY AUTO RENEW without any warning. Difficult to cancel and get money back. Beware. The Tennis Channel is better.

Awful platform, not worth even half the money. Totally ruined it with "a system update" - you can't skip forward or back with keyobard. You should be able to skip with a mouse but there is only option to skip 20 sec (which is way to long in mens tennis) but also this option actually doesnt work. Stream Quality is poor. some matches doesnt play, they log you out all the time. Tv app is trash. And dont even get me started on customer service. They dont respond for hours and days. When the respond the ask a question, you answer asap and they ghost you. Ive been speaking with them for 3 months (!!!!YES) about forward and reverse not working and so far the told me 3 different versions about the issue:
1. there is no issue, it works fine
2. because of the update it will work like that so get used to it
3. there is a problem and it will be fixed but dont know when

This company is not professional at all. I had to ask SEVEN TIMES to speak with somebody else because one team member was just refusing to help me or get somebody else to help me.

I asked for refund or some kind of compensation because of different time zones i watch a lot of replays and cant skip or pause so in my opinion it stoped working as it should and they refused it.

For around 5 years, Amazon had the UK rights for all the men's tennis (except for the majors). Was a good price (Included Prime) and there was a FULL catchup service.

Now the rights are back with Sky. So it's a huge monthly cost of slightly cheaper with Now TV. But with around 5% of the catch up service compared to Amazon/Discovery Plus/Tennis TV.

So Tennis TV, priced midway between Now TV and the Amazon old days (or Discovery Plus who have the rights for 2 majors.) But because they have the full catchup service and Now TV does not, most fans are stuck with Tennis TV.

But their service is sub standard. Streaming technical issues means it is sometimes impossible to watch. Their customers service is worse. They either ignore you or gaslight you and blame your fiber service or equipment.

"How is it streaming on BBC, Amazon, Discovery Plus, Now TV all work fine but not on Tennis TV.....?" and then you get.... Silence!

They are just horrendous.

I subscribed to Tennis TV excited to be able to keep up with ATP tournaments and watch matches. However the service is incredibly poor, it is hard to navigate and find matches and I barely saw anything I was interested in watching. I cancelled in the under 14 day period and requested the refund as I had subscribed for 6 months. I have been told that they will not refund me as I had 'waived my right' by subscribing and accessing content. Customer Service has been rude and aggressive.

I will absolutely not recommend and am incredibly disappointed at how I have been treated.

A seriously overpriced app. Definitely not worth the money.
