Arron at Tessa Alliance was a great Broker for Health Insurance. Very knowledgeable, clear explanations and support for me in choosing the right insurance for my individual needs. I was very impressed with the company ethos and service they provide.

Aaron had a quality understanding of the implications of changing health insurer. He phoned as promised, and gave me appropriate times to consider the information provided. He was able to make a recommendation with sound reasoning. I will save a considerable amount of money by changing and lose little in terms of cover.

Aaron was attentive and responsive in assessing our situation with health insurance - not only did he come up with a solution (BUPA) which saved us over £150 from our existing provider (AXA), we lost barely any cover at all, and it's probably a better solution.

Aaron Jones, clearly outlined the benefits and also advised on the limitations of our private health cover with The Exeter, so that my partner and I could make an informed decision.

After looking into taking out private healthcare cover I found it an absolute minefield.
I then came across Tessa Alliance, I filled out their request a quote form, then very quickly received a call from a wonderful gentleman representing Tessa Alliance, Adam Barbosa was excellent at explaining everything private healthcare to me, I was put at ease from the start of the call, Adam was very friendly, & caring taking time to explain everything I wanted to know about private healthcare, there was no pushy sales pitch like I have experienced in the past, I was very happy with the whole experience of dealing with Tessa Alliance & I highly recommend them, especially Adam Barbosa Who was excellent from beginning to end of the consultation , thank you Adam

The thought of changing providers had stopped me doing so earlier, because of the hassle involved. However, from the first contact with Aaron, I knew this wouldn't be the case with Tessa Alliance. Aaron was polite, helpful, explained everything very clearly in great detail, and, above all, was very patient. Assisted today by Adam Barbosa and was able to get a good reduction on my policy, as I had just received my quote today from my current insurer.
