I have worked with Userbrain for over 5 years. I really enjoy their platform compared to other testing sites, and compared to other sites, I have never had a late payment or any other issue with them!... See more

I have been a tester for about a two weeks now , I like the experience specially on my mobile device , the android app is smooth and if you close it while uploading the test you can reopen the app and reupload the test ,so your progress is saved unlike other testing app that I used like (usertesting and userfeel )
the support team is extremely helpful and respond really fast , I faced a problem with my payment cause I have entered wrong information , and they guided me into how to enter the right information and the problem is solved and I have received my payment today.
the amount of daily tests is decent , the only thing that needs to be improved is the amount you get per test which is $5 dollars now which I wish it was more cause some tests take more than 20 minutes and the compensation is a bit low comparing to other testing sites , but overall I do really like the experience .

I have been testing on UserBrain for nearly a year now and I enjoy it. They pay $5.00 per test and it takes several weeks to get paid but it gives me something to do and is interesting.

It is different than the other sites like it but once you get used to it and get a feel for the flow it is really easy. I like that tests are not frustrating, and when I say frustrating some test sites have crazy tasks and take way longer than they should or ask the same questions and there is nothing to do but give the same answers. I also like that it is available on my desktop and android.

This platform is perfect, they give you plenty of tests to showcase your feedback. I really appreciate it

I got rejected by a tester but UB listened to my test and overturned it and paid me. Very efficient.

Not worth the time. Severely underpaid, plagues with incomplete and/broken tests, and also plagued with unreasonably long tests. Don't was your time or effort!

TOTAL SCAM - charged for 20 minutes test on a site was down Paula @ Userbrain AI ?
First of all our apologies for the inconvenencies.
Regarding your inquiries, if a website or app is inaccessible, testers are instructed to discard the test and notify us accordingly. Alternatively, if testers are unaware of the customer's settings, they will upload a brief video (typically a few minutes long) to highlight any issues with the site or prototype. However, our customers are only charged for completed tests. If you receive a video showing that the app was inaccessible, you can report a problem with that video, and we will refund the session.
After reviewing the delivered videos, I observed that the website was visible and our testers were able to interact with it. Please take a moment to review these videos. If you find that they do not accurately represent your expectations, you can report a problem with the video, and we will refund these sessions as a gesture of goodwill.
If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us again!
Best,
Paula @ Userbrain

They literally come up with any reason not to pay you. I have years of experience on platforms like UserTesting- I know what I'm doing. And they claim I didn't follow instructions when I explicitly did. A researcher (SWANSEA UNIVERSITY) gave me a 1 star deliberately so they could avoid paying me. So not only am I being scammed by Userbrain, I'm being scammed by a respected University that thinks people who do online tasks are slaves to test their rubbish websites. Absolutely disgusting company, avoid like the plague.

This platform is not inclusive. Despite living in London for 10 years, having studied here, holding a BA degree, and possessing experience in various fields, I was rejected solely because of my native language.
It makes me wonder how the USA market would have developed with such a mindset.

Scammer! Be aware they blocked me after asking for my money.
They told me to update my billing, which I did, then wrote me another email to ask me if my billing was correct, which is right, then blocked me for no reason.
They have my full name and my PayPal address; they can check the address on my PayPal or LinkedIn.

I was doubtful at the beginning, but this came to be one of my favorite user testing websites. Even though it pays just 5 dollars, which is half of some of the other websites, it offers me more tests. It does pay after 2 days usually, which is faster than any other website. My tests are usually approved the same day and I have never been rejected a test.
The software, screen recorder, and uploading work perfectly.
Good job, UserBrain and I wish you to have more projects.

I did not earn a single €. I had a lot of trouble.
I passed their test instantly, however, over a periods of around two months, I did'nt get a single job offer.
On the other side, I had to do this qualification test at the beginning. I thought I would review a site which doesn't really exists or which is still in development phasis. So I made the mistake to click on buying something. And I was convinced this is only kind of a simulation cause I did not give them any bank account details. Well, and then I got an email I really had bought something. Cancelling was not possible anymore... Well I didn't have to pay anything in the end, however not getting any single job + having to take a false order back to the post office was a bit annoying. However I admit, I was really naiv, but Userbrain could also make it a bit more clear, that it's not only a simulation..
And maybe they should not take new people if they have no jobs for them..

Useless Website , Literally Its Waste Of Time...
Wait Two Years To Recieve Test ! Bruh This Website Is Dead ! ....

Good way to earn a bit of money. you get $5 U.S for each test. And they pay quickly. It is on first come first served basis so you have to be quick to click on it. Not sure why someone said it was a scam. I have found it is not. The tests can last from 10mins to 30 mins. The negatives are you get paid the same for 5 min test or a 30-45 min test. But if you like reviewing websites, giving feedback to transactional pages, or prototypes. Then I would say give it a go. It can't replace a part time job...I only use it so I can pay for stuff on paypal...eg Domestika art courses etc.

Complete SCAM. Did a 17 minute test for them and didn't get paid. I have maintained a 4.8 rating at usertesting for a year I think I know how to follow a test. Shame on these individuals at this company scamming people of their time and probably charging the client for my recording anyway. SCAM AVOID 0/5

dodgy website. they only pay 3$ per test (Around 20-25min)while the UserTesting pay 10$ per test. And the funny thing is here, you are not going to receive any money until your pot fill up to 10$. means you have to do 4 test to get the money.what a dodgy people seriously🤢.
Very poor service and full of cheating.
Don’t ever try this page or their service.
next level of cheating people exist in the world!
