Beautiful and matches my natural color so well!!

So far my experience has not been positive. I want to return my items, because even without taking them from the package, they do not look like the color would be a match. I have emailed the customer service multiple times with no response. Girlies out there, please do not buy from this brand. I wish I had believed the negative reviews out there. Total rip off. DO NOT DO IT!!! What a terrble company.

The color match guarantee is a scam. You cannot verify the color of the item until you open the package, but once you have opened the package, you cannot return the item. Save your money.

Do not buy from this brand. The hair quality is absolutely terrible — it feels like cheap synthetic hair and tangles constantly. I received the wrong size, and when I raised the issue, they refused a return because the package had been opened. How else was I supposed to check the size and quality without opening it?

They then sent a replacement, which was just as bad — same fake-looking, poor-quality hair. I clearly told them I would return both and requested a refund, and now they have completely stopped responding.

This has been a frustrating experience from start to finish. Poor product, poor service, and zero accountability. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

My halo came fast. I ordered 3 different sets because I wasn't sure which would match the best. The first one I tried on was a perfect match. I did it quickly, so I haven't had a chance to properly style it, but I'm incredibly happy so far!

Sorry to say that the Halo I ordered was not great. I took it out of the bag and it was folded in thirds. This left creases between the clips and no matter what I do, I can’t get rid of them. The creases poke out of my hair. I will never order agsin

First off was listed that it would ship within 3 to 5 days after placing an order. It took 20 days to receive that do not list it but it comes from china. The hair does not feel real and it's so heavy and big so you need to have a really big head or it buckles. They sell buy 1 get 1 free. One the color was was almost perfect. The second one was a different color. You really couldn't tell until you took it out of the netting and once you take it out it can not be returned. They do have a 30 day money back returns but the catch you pay for shipping it back and a 5% restocking fee. If you want to try it on basically you void the return because for safety reasons you take it out of the netting bag which tears very easy you can not return. I also have a curling iron that cools as it curls and I tried to style as they advertise on a very low heat and it started to melt and did not curl at all. So it is not worth the money.

I'm so disappointed with your company for not allowing me to return my item due to unsatisfactory reasons. But you advertise 30day return policy for unsatisfied items so with that said this is all false advertising. This item that I bought has not been used and I was trying to return it before 30days but your company declined it...I will never ever buy anything or recommend your company ever in my life..

I was able to quickly add the hair to my own and no one noticed it. I kept getting asked if I did something new with my hair because it looked so wonderful.

I never expected such a perfect color match, I never thought the hair would feel that soft or look that good and I certainly never expected it would be so easy to attach and stay on all evening. I got so many complements.

If I could give zero stars I would. They advertise easy returns & exchanges, that’s a lie. I received my product weeks after ordering, the day I received it I reached out to do color matching issues. I submitted all the required information, I keep getting the run around. It’s been almost a month now since I put my support ticket in for either an exchange or refund, nothing. They have gone silent. I reached out again on March 13th asking for an update on the issue, no response yet. 0/10 recommend this product, their customer service is very poor.
