Best customer service I’ve come across for a while, Royal Mail messed up on there end with delivery which was out of shade huts control, as a sorry they sent me out a free leather case without me even asking, rapid response from them every time, sunglasses quality is top class too. Will be ordering again👍

Ordered some shades a couple months ago and they come within 2 days. I recently lost one of the rubber nose pads and customer service were very helpful and sent me some replacements!

Absolutely terrible from start to finish.
I manually entered the starting line of the delivery address, website auto filled the payment address anyway.
Emailed Amy about it.
She emailed back saying the correct address was updated. It wasn’t.
2 weeks later “my” order comes.
I was sent 2 completely different frames than ide ordered. Poor quality.
It’s either false advertising or a genuine mistake (again) resulting in a poor service. Save your money. Shop some where else’s..
the matter is yet to be resolved.

Love. Love. Love my new sunglasses. They arrived this morning. Can’t believe how quick they got here. I’m going to recommend a shout out to everyone I know. Customer service is brilliant. I had a few questions I need to know before I place the order and they answered every single one promptly and correctly. Thank you and I’ll be wearing these on holiday next week in Ibiza.
