Zero stars if I could. This company is a bunch of thugs. From Colorado to California they doubled the estimate, they used a shuttle service from my home that treated my goods like throwaways, they missed the delivery date in CA by 10 days, but wouldn't tell me when they'd deliver until I was called by the driver at the last minute that he was going to deliver in 16 hours and I HAD to adhere to his time and had to pay cash or he'd put everything in storage (and charge me).

His demanded early (7AM) delivery didn't happen. When I called to find out where he was he said, "Oh, I'm running 2-3 hours late." Never bothered to call me or the people who had to get up at 6AM to assist me.

The driver finally got close and said his truck wouldn't make it up the hill (even though a similar truck had made it up the same hill the day before) and that I had to hire his shuttle service (an additional $1,000) or he'd put it in storage until I did (charging me for every day).

Without the aid of my community I'd still be waiting for my things. And of course, multiple items--some unreplaceable--were broken or bent so badly they couldn't be fixed.

I have moved many times and NEVER had a bad moving company; COBRA VAN LINES are awful in every way! Want to make moving even more horrendous than it already is? Hire these crooks.

I'd should add that these movers came through a broker [AmeriSafe] and I hold them accountable too for sending me to these thugs.

My parents used 3 Brothers Storage. They did not know they were a BROKER and not an actual moving company. The movers got there and quoted my parents twice the amount they agreed to. They kept my parents deposit and forced them to scramble to find an alternative method with just 24 hours to move. This place says they "specialize in veterans" but in my opinion it's just a ploy to take advantage of elderly customers.
My parents only needed 3 weeks of storage, only had 2 beds, a dresser, table and a few boxes, and they werent moving far at all- why would this type of company even agree to service this job?! Worst experience ever!!

3 Brothers Moving and Ocean Moving & Storage both WORST MOVE OF 3O IN 40 YEARS - DO NOT USE THEM!!!
After hounding me with a plethora of calls, I hired 3 Brothers Moving. ONCE THEY GET YOUR SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLAR DEPOSIT, THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK!!! I must have called 20 times and either got an attitude on the other end or voicemail, regardless, they NEVER CALLED ME BACK AS REQUESTED TIME AND TIME AGAIN! To top it off, they lie. I was told that they were not a broker, that it would be 3 a Brothers Moving Truck that would pack me out when asked. It wasn’t until I called and called that (2 days out from move day) OCEAN MOVING & STORAGE contacted me. Ocean Moving & Storage in Florida was even worse. They showed up 6 hours late, had an attitude, stole my nice dolly and my $500 toolbox, and threw almost everything unwrapped in oversized wardrobe boxes. They showed NO CARE for boxes and items labeled as FRAGILE or identified as ANTIQUES, yet threw things around like kids toys. My one heirloom from my Father was a handmade/carved mahogany bedroom suit that is (was) over 100 years old – DESTROYED! It’s excruciatingly hard to forgive a company that you spend thousands of dollars on, and cares so very little. Obviously these two “Veteran Owned” “Veteran Friendly” companies – it’s just “lip service”! DO YOURSELF, YOUR FAMILY HEIRLOOMS, AND YOUR BANK ACCOUNT A FAVOR – DO NOT EVER USE OR RECOMMEND 3 BROTHERS MOVING OR OCEAN MOVING & STORAGE – THEY WILL STEAL YOUR BELONGINGS, TAKE YOUR MONEY, NEVER CALL YOU BACK, AND CARELESSLY BREAK YOUR HOUSEHOLD GOODS AND IRREPLACEABLE ANTIQUES AND HEIRLOOMS!!!

I was quoted $1700 and at 7-9 delivery window. But once I was connected to the actually delivery company I saw that they charged an extra $600 to keep that delivery window otherwise it would take a month to get my items. I called 3 brothers as well as the delivery company and I was assured that I would not have to wait a month and the cost would not increase. Once the driver arrived I had additional miscellaneous items, like a couple of hampers and small ikea wooden boxes, I was told that it would be an extra $1000. Additionally, they said that they work off of a 21 day window and I would have to pay $1,200 extra to get my items in the 7-9 day window. So I was looking at paying an additional $2,200. I decided to cancel my delivery because they seemed so sketchy and hopefully I get my $700 deposit back. They lied about the service time as well as the cost of service even though I talked to them multiple times the day before to make sure that the delivery window would be honored at no extra cost

Me and my wife hired Three Brothers Moving and Storage of Maitland FL. We spoke with Christian Sanches. I personally asked him was Three Brothers Moving was a broker he told me no. He got in touch with another co-worker named Eric Daniels, I also asked Eric was Three Brothers a broker he also told me no. I specified that we did not want to deal with any brokers he once again said that they were not brokers. Christian and Eric said they will be the working with me and my wife directly and they would be there to answer any questions we may have. Therfore, we received an visual and physical survey of our merchandise from Eric. We made a deposit on the services that was supposed to be rendered by Three Brothers. We requested a move date on 3/19/24. On that day a different moving company came out to our home "Ocean Moving and Storage came and quoted us a totally different price which was much higher than Three Brothers. We advised David of Ocean Moving that Three Brothers were supposed to accommodate our move. David told us that Three Brothers are brokers and they hired them to accommodate our move and if we wanted them to accommodate our move we must pay the price he quoted us. Upon hearing the new quote this put me and my family in a very awkward position. Our closing was one day away therefore there was no way we could have hired another moving company to accommodate our move within the closing date.
When we called Three brothers and spoke with Christian he said there was nothing he could do about the price. Afterwards we tried calling Eric he didn't answer, we tried calling Christian again he didn't answer. After approximately one day after the pick-up day I called from a different telephone number, Christian Sanches answered the telephone, when I begin to tell him about our moving experience he became very irate and hung up or transfered the telephone. The telephone went dead. I left messages for Christian and Eric. Days went by none of those messages for Christian and Eric were never answered. Because of the name Three Brothers Moving and Storage used as a moving company I was deceived in paying Three Brother Moving and storage a broker fee. They contracted the work out to Ocean Moving and Storage. Our move date was on 3/19/2024 our first delivery date was on the 3/28/24. When we called Ocean Moving they told us they didn't have a driver going to the State where our merchandise was going therefore we had to wait until they get a driver. We called Three Brothers Moving and asked to speak to a supervisor to get in touch with Ocean Moving to see when our merchandise would be delivered. He stated that Three Brothers Moving have nothing to do with the move. After several attempts to reach Ocean Moving they finally reached a driver to deliver our merchandise on 4/6/24 I also received email invoices from Three Brothers Moving when I went back to retrieve those emails they know longer existed. The experience I had with Three Brothers and Ocean Moving, companies in my opinion are at the least very unpleasant unprofessional, deceiving and unpredictable. Please do not use or trust Three Brothers Moving or Ocean Moving to accommodate any of your moving accommodations. 💯 Warning; I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND OR TRUST NEITHER COMPANY to move more less a dog cage than my merchandise. I gave them one star because that was the lowest rating i could give. The worse experience you can ever imagine or dream, a total nightmare. If any one know a lawer. Let's find a way to put this company out business. A class action law Suite would be appropriate.

Do not use these scammers, they are brokers NOT a moving company!!! I gave them an $800 deposit on 12/9/2023 and canceled on 12/9/2023. They have told me that they will mail me a refund check since 12/9/2023! They are liars, and I have written complaints to the transit authority, Better Business Bureau, among others regarding these scammers. I don't know how these people that work there can look at themselves in the mirror everyday!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I filled out info online that I would like a free quote. Someone called, gave me information, and a high quote, then suddenly a quote over $2,000 less. I had, repeatedly, told this person that I was just getting an estimate and was not ready to book. After pressuring me to book immediately, I, again, told him, "I can not book right now. I have to talk to my husband. Thank you." After I hung up I received a very rude text telling me I had wasted his time, he bashed another company that I hadn't even mentioned, and said, "Instead of thinking you guys know everything, you should listen." I was going to keep them in mind after hearing other quotes, but I certainly WILL NOT even consider them now.

Not satisfied at all with 3 Brothers moving and storage! First, called on March 7 to Scheduled my move for March 26. Took down all info and gave me an estimate. Even though the contract said March 26 or 27, Nicholas assured me March 26 was good.
Gave me an estimate and took a deposit.
Eric called me on Thursday before, went over the move items, I added two items. Estimate DOUBLED! Called the next day to question this and never received a call back.
Called on Monday, March 25 to confirm my move for the next day. Was told, oh, yes Miss (my name) you are on the schedule for tomorrow! You’ll receive a call later today with a time.
Called at 10:30am on Tuesday, March 26, because no one called or showed up. I was told at that time I was not scheduled til Wednesday. Needless to say, I was quite angry, to put it mildly! I had everything ready to go, bed undone and no mover! They claim they text me, never got any text from them.
And it goes in from there. Needless to say, I would never recommend them.
Waiting to hear from them today regarding these issues and others!

Bad experience and big lies company and big thief company I hope no any body use this company and a service very very bad when you have issues no any one help you from customer service or sellers

I spoke with a pleasant man regarding my move. We went over every item I had to move. Found out when the moving company came (not 3 Brothers Moving and Storage) but another moving company. They told me that 3 Brothers Moving and Storage is just a broker and not the moving company. My contract went from $9,118 to $13,706. And I was told by 3 Brothers that the first 45 days storage was free and then after that it would be $100 a month. The moving company that came all of a sudden tells me that the storage fee is $2100 a month. Do not ever call 3 Brothers Moving and Storage. Call an actual moving company first for them to give you what the actual cost of a move is.

Initial deposit of $500 for an interstate move (AZ to TX) was provided on March 10th to Anthony Delvecchio, 312-248-2406, also 866-688-0518x30021. Bill of Lading signed on 3/12/2024 for a one room move for a total of $1,592 and provided by Lori Stone, 866-688-0518. Anthony stated that JJ would call me from QA 5 days prior to the pick up date (no call received) and that customer service would call me to confirm the day before (3/28/2024 and no call received) On the date of pickup 3/29/2024, no one called to confirm the pickup time. Got through to Customer Service in the morning of 3/29 and told would be there between 12-4, waited all day and no movers, no calls, no nothing. Called more than 13 times, waited on hold with Cust Serv for 35 minutes and were hung up on. We called the main line and started to explain the situation and got hung up on. Many many terrible reviews on Yelp also of similar incidence happening. Will be engaging a lawyer to try to get my deposit back from this dubious business. Anthony called me at 9:15pm MT AFTER we sent a note to cancel the move because we can not trust that they will actually arrive for pick up nor deliver all the belongings, nor that belongings will arrive as scheduled and provided on the bill of lading by April 1, 2024, once I told him engaging legal he also hung up on me. I am instead getting a U-Haul and doing it myself as there is no time left as starting a new job as was explained to the claim to be ex-marine, Anthony Delvecchio. Will be engaging legal to submit a Demand Letter as they did not follow up on their obligations nor try to resolve the situation. Do NOT use this company. They also operate under another name. They are predatory.

Filed a BBB Complaint at bbb.org and click on File a Complaint. Also NCCDB national Transport complaint, DOT# is listed on their website.

Worst experience of my life. Multiple people hung up on me. No one gave me a straight answer forced me to sign a document without giving me time to read it and then blamed me for not reading it. Said they'd get my stuff to destination within 21 days. Told me ONE day before moving that they take my belongings to a storage place then off load it, inventory it, and then reload IF they get another load going same direction. Would not give me a straight answer on pick up day or delivery day. Came to get belongings and said it would be 4 times the original quote. Original quote was $2,600. I'm reporting them to BBB and they don't deserve to be in business. They are in a word UN-AMERICAN. They belong in a 3rd would country selling donkeys for delivery. Oh, and they wouldn't give me a refund either, I had to call my credit card company to get refunded. DO NOT GO WITH THEM.

These people are liars and thieves. They say if you cancel within 72-hours you will get a full refund, however, after cancelling within 48-hours I'm still waiting. They emailed me that the refund will take 3-5 business days. That was 10 business days ago. Customer service telling me today that they haven't even processed the refund yet and have no idea how long before they do. This is despicable behavior. They take your money in 2.2 seconds but drag their feet on giving it back to you. The only thing I'm happy about, is that they can't scam me for any more money. They should be out of business for their lies and greed. Taking advantage of people is not okay!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Please read the reviews they are true. Our story is we agreed upon a price with just a few items to include two bicycles all less than their minimum so they stated, " we we have to charge you the minimum", we stated fine signed the contract and paid the deposit of 1200+, our sales rep then calls us and tells us that they have to take a boat to get there. The most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. We stated there is a bridge with two lanes on each side. Then they called back and stated it is nine hours from Houston, we said no it is 5 hours from Houston and so what it doesn't change the overall milage. Then they called back and said since it is so far south and close to Mexico they could do it but it would cost an additional 800 dollars. This is their scam folks agree to one price then try to jack you for more money. As I said in the beginning, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

They don’t even try to resolve the problem and have stopped taking my calls and emails.
The owners and managers of this company need to be arrested!!

3RD REVIEW 3 BROTHERS MOVING...Well, on March 6th the movers came to deliver my furniture and boxes at about 9PM. EVERY BOX was damaged and many of my things were broken. I thought I was getting a good deal on moving, but, instead they costed me my job and a good chunk of money. Anyone who wants to enter into a Class Action suit ...

DO NOT USE!!! Didn’t show up the first 3 times they were scheduled. Price was more than double what was quoted. My elderly, veteran father was hospitalized for a week due to the stress from this company. Was promised compensation for the issues but they will not return any calls now. Horrible company and even worse values.

Manipulative and deceitful sales practices. They are pros at understanding the vulnerable position you are in and lie to you to get the deposit. I would rather burn the money I've given this BROKER, who said they DID NOT outsource the move, that was NOT true. Besides dealing with them, I dealt with and paid for a local mover who then outsourced the work to another moving company. If you need help finding a reputable moving company and tips on how to avoid the deceptive practices I've experienced with 3 Brothers, I will give you FREE advice and find you a moving company for FREE versus giving this company thousands of dollars just to yell at you when you question them. Their sales and QA support people are disgusting.
The customer service reps were the only upside to this experience- not that they have any control over sales and QA but at least they were willing to hear me out regarding concerns.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! They give you a low quote and collect a deposit. On the move day, they show up in a Budget truck and immediately tell you the cost has doubled. You either pay the inflated price or find another mover. You will NOT get your deposit back. They are scammers!
