But I would never spend over 400€ I just bought it cause it's on sale. It isn't worth 800€ cause it's on the same quality level as the Brand Jack1t just with real fur on and they cost around 350€-400€ without sale.
But in the end I'm quite happy about the purchase.

I would give 5 stars but was quite upset to how non understanding the company is when you get an accidental burn in your coat and contact them to see if they could help or allow you some discount to purchase again. I get this wasn’t the companies fault but I feel like their was no care in the world from the company except to be told it was a plastic coat and couldn’t be fixed. Something similar has happened to my sister in the past with her moncler and they allowed her to pay 50% for a returned and replaced coat.
You’d think after spending so much you would receive the same matching customer service but this wasn’t the case. Other then that was impressed

The service was very good. Prompt delivery and a simple returns process. However, the quality of the items just isn't what I expected for something pitching in at a premium price point. There were marks on the jacket from the packaging materials and the size and fit was a bit 'unusual', and I'm not sure going either a size up or a size down would've helped.
