Not wishing to take anything away from the Artificial Grass Company but preparation is essential to a nice looking lawn. We used Type 1 and sharp sand to prepare the area taking several weeks to get everything right. The artificial grass we bought was very reasonable (£12-99 sq metre) and a nice quality (Buckingham 42mm). It looks very impressive now it's down. I understand many people are against artificial grass, but we have a large shaded area in our garden and the grass just does not grow there. This is a great option.

Grass is very nice and super fast delivery. Exactly what expected.

We ordered the Buckingham type all in one piece (5x7m).
The roll was not too big. It was around 40cm tick and 5m long.

The driver was also very nice and informed us when he was arriving. The only downside was that the delivery was so fast and we did not have the time to organise ourselves to be home. It arrived in less than 48 hours.

Communication with the company in case you have any questions is very easy . My husband messaged them on WhatsApp and he always got a very fast reply.

Grass is really good quality pile, speedy delivery and easy to purchase. Only wish it had a tube down middle as came quite lumpy and has lines I’m hoping fade out.

I can't put zero? You are literally destroying the environment. Please have a change of heart and move into more ecologically friendly gardening avenues. Check out Plymouth University's page on the problems with artificial grass (won't let me link).

Ordered sample only everything nice and simple to do. Only took off 1 star because you have to pay postage but that cost is not taken off cost if you then order the grass.

I received my grass promptly,but unfortunately i think there may have been a malfunction during manufacture of the roll,i reported the problem via e mail and received a phone call almost immediately reassuring me that the problem will be resolved ,Apart from the defect of grass would definitely use again as the rest on the roll is superb,also because my original order for berlin was gonna take a while i was offered my money back or an upgrade to a more superior grass free of charge.

I’ve not laid the grass as yet, I will update once grass is laid. Only gripe I have is that the grass was delivered at 6am and left in alley way. I wasn’t notified it had been delivered so waited in all day. Then when I realised I had to pull the heavy roll into the back garden on my own. I would have asked them to place it there. So wasn’t until 4pm I realised that the grass had been delivered. From what I can see on roll looks good quality I ordered the quality remnant, so time will tell once I’ve laid it.
