Right product and really fast delivery

Bought this as a punt from Rakuten/Cable Place as did not have minimum spend criteria from Amazon. The cable arrived pretty much on time and I tried it with my Zenbook and it works absolutely fine with good quality. It is day 1 only and time will tell about the quality, but so far would definitely use The Cable Place again. In fact want to try and find a mobile phone to HDMI cable so may ask these guys for that next.

I'd give them no stars if I could. Took payment immediately, three weeks later I'm still waiting. No reply to any phone call (always get an answer machine and have never managed to speak to anyone who actually works for the company). Although I received an 'order dispatched' message on 21st August 2015 there is no record of any order on my on-line account on their website. The only way to get them to respond was through Rakuten. Still waiting for my refund.
