Don't bother ordering with them - you'll never get your item
Ordered a Microsoft Mouse with them through Play.com at the end of April. Never received anything. Chased them up 2 weeks later and they said it was showing as delivered.
But I never received anything and told them, so apparently they sent out a replacement.
That also never made its way to my address (which is in Central London, not in some rural area somewhere..).
Chased them up and I think I sent them about 3 or 4 emails and nothing was really happening and eventually got bored of chasing..
