Back in January I bought a lovely blue Mini from the Professional Car Agent. All the staff were great. It was delivered to my home and they even put up with my bank playing silly buggers. Within a couple of weeks it became clear that all was not well with my car... This is when the real customer service kicked in! A small leak caused all sorts of damage and the Mini needed a whole lot of attention to sort it. The team picked up my car and dropped it back a couple of times, gave me a courtesy car when needed and kept me informed all the way through. It's been a couple of months since the work was done and it's now driving like a dream and I am one happy customer. Thanks to all the team for your help and professionalism.

Outstanding Company. I missed a rattle on the test drive drive and their mechanics picked it up and they replaced the hole belt chain kit, they also painted the wheels and serviced it all free of charge. Professional diligent coupled with an outstanding customer service. Can't recommended these guys enough. If your looking for a car go see these guys!

Fantastic service from these guys when part exchanging our vehicle. We advised them of what we wanted and the spec and price we were after and a few days later they had sourced a perfect match. This is the easiest review I've ever left, it really is in the name, such a professional company to deal with I live in Exeter I went and had a look at the volkswagon golf and i loved it and they did everything else no stress no constant phone calls they arranged finance easily and went and picked it up they made it look amazing they seemed genuinely happy to have helped me get the car I've always wanted I would without doubt recommend professional car agent to anybody and everybody

When I first went into the showroom and spoke to Luke he was extremely welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles he was selling.
