What can I say about Abdul from start to finish I seen a car on website come down to Abdul he told me about the car give me the keys to Chek it out then he toke me on a test drive the car was a Audi q2 2018 plate left a deposit and the next day I drove away happy with the car he a good sales man Abdul he wil help you in every way to find your self a good car I wil be coming back soon for another car from Abdul

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY , COMPLETE AND UTTER RIP OFF MERCHANTS. THEY GIVE YOU THE GOOD VIBE TO BE RIPPED OFF. HAD A VEICHLE A COUPLE OF MONTHS AND HAD MAJOR MOT ISSUES AFTER JUST PASSING ONE. REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. COST ME A LOT OF MONEY TO GET REPAIRED. FIRST AND LAST EXPERIANCE WITH THESE. SHOULD NOT BE TRADING. ONLY BEST PART WAS THE FINANCE COMPANY BEING SO HELPFUL. DO NOT PURCHASE OR FINANCE ANYTHING FROM THESE.

17/2/26 I gave my car to thecarco for my second free service. I bought the car from there and before I gave it to them, I drove the car comfortably. After the service, I couldn't drive the car. The engine warning light came on. I told them that they needed to fix it. They said that we had serviced the car and nothing else was done. I said that there was no problem when I gave it to them. They didn't admit that it came after you serviced it. They wouldn't admit to fixing it. I told them that I wasn't taking the car from the counter. If it doesn't get fixed, I will go complain. They said that I can go complain wherever you go and we will pay for it. If the problem was there before, why didn't you inform me before the service? You didn't inform me about the warning light, you didn't mention this complaint in the service history. That is, this was after you had the service. What happened next? They took the car back and did something. They came back and said, "It can't be done here, it can be done somewhere else, you have to pay me". I asked them what you did to my car the second time I needed it. They charged me £90 for that file. The girl at the service desk was lying to me. They thought I wouldn't understand the lies they were telling me because I didn't speak much English. They all forced me to give them the car. I drove from Manchester and Bury to Stoke on Trent. Sometimes the car wouldn't move. Sometimes when I got home it wouldn't go over 50mph. They shouldn't do this to anyone else with such arrogance and audacity. They should understand that there is a law here and there is a way to enforce it. Thank you

Bought from carco last July car broke down first month they did nothing I had to pay Mercedes myself the warranty they give is all a scam gonna contact ambudsman as well as a customer I am frustrated think I got robbed.
